- SSSamSep 15, 20261.0Try to place an order. Got an answering service.. Sounds like I'm talking to another country called twice. They can't order my pizza. Because they don't show my credit both times transferred me to pizza hut with no one answering the other end. Very frustrated.!

- DRDouglas RoseSep 12, 20261.0One pizza came out wrong missing toppings and burned. They would not fix it and was promised credit that never happened. You deal with call center that is no help. Staff had no clue what they were doing messing up several orders and took extra 30 mins longer to have it ready.
- MFMark FaveereSep 11, 20261.0I ordered on their website and when I went to pick it up the kid at the counter took my. Same, checked the warming box and didn’t see my order. He walks back in the kitchen and 10 minutes later he’s back there doing something else so I asked the women at the counter to check on my order. She doesn’t see it and asked if I ordered online which I said yes. She proceeds to tell me their system isn’t working and so it never came through. I asked if the kid thought about telling me that or were they just going to let me stand there all night? It was obvious she didn’t care and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The other customer in there said the same thing happened to her so yeah I won’t be going back there.
