- LYLeyla Yildiz3 days ago1.0I had a really frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru today. We repeated our order multiple times because the employee taking it was having trouble understanding us, and we made sure to say everything clearly. Despite that, both drinks were made wrong. One drink had the wrong milk even though we repeated it several times, and another customization we paid for wasn’t added at all. What made the experience even worse was that my card was accidentally charged twice. The employee seemed very careless about the mistake and had an unprofessional, rude attitude during the interaction instead of trying to fix the situation politely. Mistakes happen, but between getting both drinks wrong, being double charged, and dealing with poor customer service, this was honestly one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had.
