  Tonight I went to chipotle and asked for the same thing I always get. I said “can I get a chicken bowl with the beans, rice and chicken, on the side? She said “of course” As she was making my food she pointed to my veggie and said “no meat in here”? I said the chicken rice and beans are part of my bowl I just wanted one bowl total. She turned around and threw away my beans, rice and chicken. I was like what are you doing I still wanted that? She said to me “I should have clarified” I think she should have listened and she would have understood what I was asking from the begenning. I explained to her I usually get one bowl and they just put my meat rice and beans on the side and I get all my veggies quac, queso and corn in a different bowl. She says, she won’t do that for me. I go to pay, and my total is really high and I told her I was not going to pay for the rice beans and chicken if it was extra because it should have came with my bowl. I get this often too and never had this problem. I asked her kindly to take the sides off my bill and take them back. I will just take my “veggie bowl”. Even after I asked her kindly she continues to go stick them in my bag and tell me have a good night. I thought okay maybe she is giving them to me because this has been awful? I said I still need to pay as she is telling me to leave so I did and I look at my receipt and she didn't take off anything I asked her too just ignored me and put the shit in my bag anyways. I will not be a regular flyer of chipotle anymore not this one

  Went in for a quick afternoon meal and had to ask someone to wait on me, and that’s after I asked for service twice. I’ve eaten at a lot of Chipotle’s over the years, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle’s. Rude employees and the smallest servings I’ve ever been given. Employees don’t know what they are doing and don’t know how to measure the food our correctly. I’ll look elsewhere next time.

  First time I went to this location, the dough might as well have been silly string it was so undercooked. I was stupid enough to give it a second chance, and the boneheads working at this location decided to surprise me with a new chipotle twist, putting the guac on the outside of the burrito!

  I was excited about the new location, and while the restaurant is very clean and the staff is okay, they really need to work on portion sizes and customer service. I’ve been here four times now, and every single time I’ve felt like I was being served portions meant for a 3-year-old. I was given about half a cup of rice, and the condiments were served in extremely small portions—sometimes barely a quarter of what you would normally expect. When you ask for more, you’re met with an attitude, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Please train your staff on proper portions and how to respond to customers who are simply asking for a reasonable amount of food. This location already has a disadvantage because it’s on the same lot as a school, and getting out can be difficult with all the school buses. If they don’t address the portion sizes and customer service, I honestly don’t see this location doing so well I really wanted to like this new location, but after four visits with the same issue, something needs to change.

  The food here is absolutely amazing, I’m always excited to get down with some Chipotle. But please, train your staff at this location better. Every time I come in here, the employees behind the counter act like it’s their first day on Earth. They look confused, don’t know their own menu, have no idea what you’re talking about, stutter and generally aren’t confident. I know these are teenagers and likely working their first jobs, but they need more time to practice before coming to the big leagues. Pair them up with reputable managers like every other job does, give them time to learn, then let them on their own. I’ve never had an order with a mistake, but the ordering process is always stressful, and I’d rather drive to Highway K than try and pantomime what I want because the person taking my order doesn’t know the differences between the meats.
