  I have never had a worst thing experience. We ordered our food and that was the last time we saw our waiter. We had to beg to get our silverware. We never got refills or any recognition for being there. It felt like he forgot we were there. If it was busy we would have been patient but It was not busy at all.

  Second time I've been here in 10 years. Last time I had no service, this time I had no service. Severely understaffed. The front was completely backed up because the hostess was nowhere to be found for at least 20 minutes. Used up my gift card, won't be back. We waited an hour and a half for our food which came out completely cold, the sliders didn't have toppings and were just dried up patties on dried up buns. The food had clearly been sitting out for a long time. The waitress did not offer new food, a comp, nothing. She just said it wasn't her fault because she didn't have help and walked away. The manager was supposed to come talk to us but never came. I walked out on my meal for the first time in my life.

  I don’t normally leave reviews but they need to know we ordered kids chicken tenders, and my three-year-old was served spicy breaded tenders. I didn’t try them until the next day when we had leftovers, but my son kept spitting them out saying they were hot. We assumed he meant temperature, but no they’re almost too spicy for me. The rest of the food was good, but they told us they were out of clean knives when we asked for a knife. The service was great, and the waitress was very attentive, but definitely watch the spicy vs. non spicy especially on a kid’s meal.

  Went here with a group of 14. We made reservations a few days in advance, so they knew what to expect. We had to wait longer than expected for our food. When it did start arriving, several orders were wrong, and two orders were forgotten. One person had to wait over an hour to get served. Very disappointing experience.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We stood at the host stand for 20 minutes waiting to be seated while employees walked by without acknowledging us. When we finally got seated, the table was still dirty, and the host didn’t even tell us to follow her to the table, she just walked off expecting us to know where to go. The service from start to finish was disorganized and unprofessional. Will not come again!
