  I am extremely disappointed and honestly appalled by the experience I had at the Wingstop on Lindell. It was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The light-skinned woman who appeared to be the manager was incredibly unprofessional. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic manners and respect. There was no greeting, no willingness to help, and absolutely no sense that she cared about the customers standing in front of her. As someone who has spent years in leadership, I understand that every business has busy days, but being busy is never an excuse to treat people poorly. Professionalism, courtesy, and respect should be the standard—not the exception. The way customers were spoken to and the overall atmosphere reflected a serious lack of leadership and accountability. I walked away feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. No customer should have to experience that when they’re simply trying to order food. I truly hope Wingstop’s corporate leadership addresses the culture at this location because it is damaging the brand. Until major improvements are made, I cannot recommend the Wingstop on Lindell to anyone.

  Today I placed an order via online, about 45mins later I get a msg the order has been an cancelled. Called the store whoever answered stated the order was not cancelled an had been been picked up (DoorDash). She asked if I could come in a she would remake the order. I stated I had no transportation that’s why I payed for delivery. So then I said well can you just refund me my $43 a she said no an HUNG UP 😡… I called back an of course they refused to answer 🤦🏾‍♀️… no food an no $43 … I need a number to someone over the store ASAP

  We ordered food and they closed early. The driver was unable to get in and pick up the food, and the app just kept passing on the order to a new driver. No one would answer the phone and we called multiple times... One driver communicated and could see the food bagged up and no one would let them in. This was BEFORE MIDNIGHT too. DO NOT order here!

  Went inside on a lunch break from work. The employee's was sitting at the tables outside the counter. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes and no one waited on me, so I walked out.
