  Ordered 2 burritos (off the value menu) without Chipotle sauce. Got home, they had Chipotle sauce (yuck). Called manager said they would replace next time I came. They did. No Chipotle sauce.

  This specific location always forgets at least one item. Last time I ordered ,they forgot my Cinnabon delights, which is fine if it was a one time thing, it was not. This time they forgot my nacho fries and my Cinnabon delights. They gave me my sauce for the nacho fries but they forgot the fry part. My Diablo dusted chicken nuggets were also hella under seasoned, like 2 of the 5 nuggets actually got seasoned. One of the big nuggets were also pink on the inside, after I took a huge bite. They also forgot my straws which isn’t a big deal alone, but after you forgot 1/3 of the order, it adds up. No wonder they got robbed that one time.

  My account got hacked and I've been waiting on a replacement debit card. I was having trouble with my temporary digital card. The manager gave me my food for free after seeing me struggle with the temp card. Was not expecting that kind of kindness. The employee that was at the window when I went to pay walked my order out to my car. He was so sweet. Wish I could remember his name. I will go back to offer payment when my plastic card comes. Thank you so much guys! You rock!
