  Not 1.. not ONE single working screen, have to go through the drive through where their speaker doesn't even work all that great so you can wait for 20+ min for your food then fight the homeless for a parking spot. Like damn.. is it just me or has EVERY sonic just gone to shit. Guess I'll just start going anywhere but any sonic.

  I DoorDash from them two times within two hours, only to never get a Dashers, and when DoorDash tried to contact sonic they did not answer. They obviously just don’t want you to spend your money with them

  I went here on July 30th at 8:30PM, and there were only two people working. Despite that, orders were getting out of the kitchen in a timely manner and the workers still had a good attitude, which is especially impressive given the stressful circumstances. I commend the two young ladies working tonight on doing a great job and carrying the burden. People in these kinds of jobs don't get nearly enough praise, or compensation. Customers treat them like automatons, they tell them what kind of food they want and it gets brought to them, but they often fail to realize there is a living, breathing person behind the speakerphone. That person may be a single mother of 2 just trying to make enough money to afford diapers, and you yelling at them because you didn't get your tater tots fast enough isn't making their situations any better. Have some compassion on a fellow human, and stop thinking about yourself for once. I wish I got the names of the ladies working tonight, but whatever manager or store owner reads this, please consider giving them a raise. They're doing a damn good job.

  i dont understand why almost no stalls work and why employees are always parking in the mobile order spot?

  Ordered food through doordash, three times, all three times to orders were canceled by the staff at this location, then they lied and said it was because of an issue with the doordash driver. Every door dash driver confirmed that they were just canceling orders because they were busy. Over 2 hours waiting for food then never came. I don't know who the owner of this established me this but they need to fire their current staff because clearly their staff is not up to spec. And by the way why have doordash if you're just going to cancel the orders when you get busy you might as well just go ahead and get rid of doordash I mean ain't no use in having something that your staff are going to openly ignore and lie about.
