  When did Sonic change their whole menu around. Ordered a number 1 cause it's always been a classic Sonic burger. Now it's some gross shit that I couldn't even eat it was so nasty. Absolute waste of money

  The food was cold, the fries didn't have any salt, and the wait was long. I dont recommend this sonic.

  All the screens didn't work. The menu on some stalls are printed backwards so you can't read it without a mirror I ordered 10 Sonic Blasts and they took over 20 min to bring my order out and they tasted sour like the milk had spoiled. I could not finish mine and neither could my kids. This place needs new management or something as it should not be in operation.

  This sonic is the worst fast food restaurant any where. They can't stop playing long enough to take your order. Or they are so high they can't remember what they are doing. Either way won't be going back

  Extremely disappointed with this Sonic location. I went during HAPPY HOUR, confirmed it at the speaker before even ordering, and still got charged full price for my drink. When the employee brought it out (light skin black girl with curly hair), she admitted it was happy hour as she checked her watch and said the girl inside was "tired" and made a mistake — but instead of fixing it, I was told they “couldn’t reprint the ticket,” so apparently I just had to pay full price anyway? What’s even more frustrating is this SAME thing happened yesterday and I let it go. Today I specifically ordered the large size just to get the happy hour deal, as I was informed by am employee yesterday that only medium & large drinks are included in the happy hour deal, which I'm pretty sure was a lie just to avoid re-ringing up the drink ticket with the discountsd price. According to google and every other Sonic I've been to all drink sizes are included in happy hour. However I was told once again they weren’t going to honor it even though it was still during happy hour. Mistakes happen, but refusing to correct them and basically making the customer pay for employee errors is ridiculous. The entire situation felt lazy, dismissive, and unprofessional. It wasn’t even about the amount of money at that point — it was the principle. If you advertise happy hour, honor it. This was Saturday 5-23-26... 3:40 pm Who ever was on that shift bringing orders out to cars needs to be fired or retained in customer service manners and work ethic.
