  for the love of god clean the front door and soda cooler doors, i love the staff here and the food but i hate touching the filthy doors

  I went to this location to order the $10 three-topping pizza. I ordered pepperoni, bacon, and hamburger. When I received my pizza, it had Canadian bacon and hamburger—there was no pepperoni. I brought it to the employee’s attention, and he apologized and said he would remake the pizza. After waiting another 30 minutes, I left without checking it because I assumed it had been corrected. When I got home, I discovered the replacement pizza was made exactly the same way. The employee seemed more focused on drinking his energy drink and looking at his phone than paying attention to customers’ orders. I also had to remind him to wash his hands before preparing food, which was very concerning. After a long day at work, this was extremely frustrating. Between the incorrect order, the long wait, and the lack of attention to detail and food safety, I will not be returning to this location.

  This Pizza Hut location is a gem! The gentleman (Tracy)the black guy who was running the store was outstanding. He was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. One thing that really stood out to me was that after taking our order, he immediately washed his hands before preparing our food. That’s an A+ in my book because you don’t see that level of attention to cleanliness at many pizza places anymore. I even noticed him wash his hands again after taking another customer’s order before going back to preparing food. Our pizza came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Great customer service, excellent hygiene, and great food. I will definitely be returning!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was a very disappointing experience. We ordered a hand-tossed Supreme pizza, and while the delivery was incredibly fast, it quickly became clear why. The crust was raw. Not underdone—raw. No matter how busy a restaurant is or whether it's a holiday, food should never be served before it's fully cooked. Raw pizza dough isn't just unpleasant to eat; it can also make someone sick. We were already dealing with an oven that wasn't working, so ordering pizza was supposed to be our solution for dinner. Instead, we received a pizza that wasn't safe to eat. I'd much rather wait a few extra minutes for a properly cooked pizza than receive one this quickly that isn't fully baked. I hope more attention is given to quality control so other customers don't have the same experience.

  Placed a delivery order that never arrived. The gentleman in the store said they would cancel/refund it, but never did.
