  ⭐☆☆☆☆ This was a very disappointing experience. We ordered a hand-tossed Supreme pizza, and while the delivery was incredibly fast, it quickly became clear why. The crust was raw. Not underdone—raw. No matter how busy a restaurant is or whether it's a holiday, food should never be served before it's fully cooked. Raw pizza dough isn't just unpleasant to eat; it can also make someone sick. We were already dealing with an oven that wasn't working, so ordering pizza was supposed to be our solution for dinner. Instead, we received a pizza that wasn't safe to eat. I'd much rather wait a few extra minutes for a properly cooked pizza than receive one this quickly that isn't fully baked. I hope more attention is given to quality control so other customers don't have the same experience.

  Placed a delivery order that never arrived. The gentleman in the store said they would cancel/refund it, but never did.

  Placed an order for 2 pizzas and an order of wings at 5:24 for 6:00 pick-up. Arrived at 5:55 and told they were “working on it”. Cool, I’m a few minutes early. 6:05-still working on it. At 6:10, they tell me they haven’t even started on one of my pizzas. The guy up front proceeds to tell me it’s “not his fault” because “he’s just the manager and his cooks are new”. 6:15-still waiting…….. 6:21-finally had to ask for a refund and left

  Walk-in order the space jam, did not receive what all of what I ordered. The person on my receipt did not use my phone # so my order did not come up on the system. Very upset with Pizza Hut because they have messed up my online account so I lost point and now my walking in my orders are being messed up.🤷🏾
