  This location has lots of issues. 1. Sometimes they burn the cheese on top. 2. Most of the time they are out of soda. 3. Employees are not always clean and tidy in their appearance. Some are dirty and smelly. 4. They tend to be rude. 5. My call today with DoorDash was interesting as the 🍕 Pizza Hut 🍕 employee at that location was rude to her and to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS LOCATION AND GOING TO THE ONE IN FENTON, WHICH IS MUCH MUCH BETTER!!!

  Picked a carry out order. They made the wrong pizzas! Can no longer call the actual store. Calls go to a call center. Have been hung up on/disconnected 3 times. Finally got a person and said they were transferring to the store. Been on hold 20 mins. Now i know why pizza hut is going under.

  I had such wonderful experience the staff was kind respectful. I just moved from another city and this is the first time I was treated like a customer. I would give them five stars on everything. The quality of Food the management the staff you definitely should eat here and the prices are really reasonable.

  I ordered 2 pizzas for pickup, I arrived 20 mins after the order was placed and I had received notification that the order was ready for pickup. When arriving the blonde haired boy and brunette woman working there totally ignored me as I starred at them doing very little very slowly. After 10 minutes of standing there another customer came in and they aknowledged him right away, handed him his box of food and he was on his way within a minute. Meanwhile I haven't even been spoken to. The blonde boy says to me after taking care of the other customer, "pickup"? I replied yes. He says it will be just a minute. He goes and prepares a box and tries to hand it to me. I told him there must be a mistake I ordered 2 pizzas. He reaches in the ready to pickup pizza storage oven and hands me the 2 pizzas I have been staring at for 10 minutes. I can't wait for AI because a 10 year old could do a better job.

  If I could give this 0 stars I would do it without hesitation ! The staff is so inconsiderate , I came in there , the bell was ringing signaling there is someone upfront I could see the workers , I was in plain view too so they could see me but they did not even look my way and I’m 100% sure they could see me from the peripheral view because their back was never back to me . One of them saw me , didn’t bother doing anything ! The bell continued ringing it was genuinely getting super annoying hearing the bell too . I stood there for a couple of minutes because why would I waste my time on such a place but two weeks ago when I went with a friend (I stayed in the car she went to order ) she said they were super friendly and fast and nice . Well I guess i look like the grinch then . Smh do better and educate your staff too !
