  This will sound like hyperbole or sarcasm, it is not. I do not work for, nor am I paid to promote in any way. I'm highly critical, so this surprised even myself. This location's food actually blew my mind: The Delmar Loop Papa John's makes the absolute best pizza from a national chain, hands down. Everything they make is perfection. I had my original expectations, my idea of what exceeding those expectations might look like, and finally there's the actual mind blowing result that kicked my expectations for pizza up to an impossible level. The cheese is perfectly melted, every time. The crust consistency is an incredible blend of slightly chewy and crunchy. The toppings (usually pepperoni in my case) are perfect crisp, but not dry, little disks of greasy goodness. The cheese sticks (both the 10" and the smaller ones) were again better than the best I could imagine. There was a decent amount of boiled over cheese that had crunchified perfectly (yes, that crunchy cheese you get if you let cheese hit a hot pan, but it was the perfect pre-burnt consistency. Also, yes, crunchified is a word... now). The brownie is also crazy good, extremely dense, rich, moist, warm and the chocolate is a perfect post-pizza treat. This stuff wasn't made by someone who was still learning or who isn't proud their work, it was made by a team of people who do something to the best of their ability every time they do anything. Seriously, this crew and their product are 15 out of 10 (or 7.5/5 I suppose in this case). I also think most of the 1 star reviews here are due to user error, this place is great. This team is amazing and should be paid to tour around the country to show other locations how to be the best.

  My first order looked awful, completely burnt a sandwich and somehow thought it was acceptable to still deliver it, half the toppings were off one pizza none of them were sliced. Had them make another and not only did they forget part of the order the pizzas still looked like a toddler made them, light sauce...most of the pizza was sauce, this place needs new management, you see that one star, this place is a negative one, they shouldve paid me to eat this garbage. The fact this location is new is a shame
