  Don’t even think about doing large orders here. We ordered a large order for a seminar and they forgot all the chips, and made zero attempt to try to fix it or bring what we paid for. Management was zero help. Look elsewhere.

  With a soccer team that ordered from here. 15 Pizza s were ordered for the team. They only delivered 6 and it was 45 minutes after the delivery time. Another 1 1/2 later they still hadn't delivered the remainder of the order but kept saying that it would be to the bus in five minutes. Do not patronize this store !

  I keep trying to give this location a chance, and they keep biting me in the butt!! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! I placed a LARGE order online and call the location to make sure that they had the right information for delivery. When the female answered, I did what I always do - 'Hello, how are you!' Her response was 'What do you need!' Needless to say, my thought was 'well damn!!!' Her whole attitude was horrible and I so wanted to just hang up and cancel the whole freaking order! To top it off, I know that they can not control the delivery driver, but the person who delivered the pizzas (14 in total) had them all in the front see with the window down next to the pizza and dirty clothes all over the vehicle!!!

  I just had the most DISRESPECTFUL so called phone call with “the manager”. It took them 4 times to pick up the phone and when this heinous human being did finally answer it was with idl ugly attitude. I asked who I was speaking with, because that’s common human decency, this… overly sassy and rude person told me I don’t need its name and in the most trifling tone told me to tell it what was the matter. I told it, the conversation now, I don’t know who I’m talking with and the fact that you have a problem with disclosing that is a red flag. He hung up on me after I asked to speak with another manager, telling me to call on Monday for another manager. Ew. When I called back it refused to answer the phone and had an employee answer, I asked her the the name of the MOD and after being put on hold because she OBVIOUSLY wanted to parts of this, I was calm and professional when speaking to her and you can hear that the poor girl was unfortunately on shift with a lunatic, he was screaming in the background for me to call the other manager on Monday but the young woman refused to speak disrespectfully to me. She put me on hold again and then he came to the phone saying “this the manager, what do you want”. I told him the phone number for corporate and he told me to google it. 🤢🚮 What makes it worse is that they got my order wrong. Serving nearly raw green peppers, adding some kinda sauce to it and then not even getting me my onions. Then to have the audacity to give a sauce that’s 1/4 filled is too strong energy for me. I’m so disgusted with the whole of all of this!
