  NEVER have ANY WORKERS. NEVER ANYONE on the register at all to take orders. Staff is always running around, and when u ask them to take your order you get told “hold on” for twenty minutes. Then they take another 20 minutes to get a simple order out. This is by far the worst McDonald’s ever. If an establishment has no workers for all the proper jobs inside of it why not hire more people… or people who actually care about the customers. They are are ALWAYS “out” of frappes. If u can avoid this location avoid it.

  This is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. I placed a small order that included an apple pie, and even though the packaging says “caution: hot,” the pie was frozen cold. That makes no sense. This is honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited. Last week, I waited about 45 minutes, and as soon as I pulled up to the speaker, the cashier told me, “I’m sorry ma’am, but you’re going to have to come inside.” When I asked why, he said they only had two people working. I ended up just pulling off. They constantly get my order wrong, and the food is often old and cold. The only reason I kept coming here was because of the location, but after today, I’m done. At this point, they either need serious management changes or they should just close this location down. It’s a shame because there are people working inside, but the service and food quality are consistently poor.

  I placed an online order for drive thru pick up. I went to the drive thru and I was the only car there. I waited 4 minutes and didn't hear a word saying "hold on" or anything. I then left the drive thru and went inside where it was empty. I saw a woman in the back and asked her if the drive thru was closed and she said no. I asked to pick up my online order and she told me they were out of coffee. How is McDonald's out of coffee???!!! I left. It has taken me a long time to say something about this McDonald's because I was hoping after the multiple mistakes it would get better. It has not and the people there just seem to not care.

  Horrible!! Go to another one! The line was already long and when I finally got to the menu nobody greeted me. Once they did say something they picked the wrong mic to say something on because I pulled up before the other person did. The food was trash, the environment is trash 🗑️ Just don't go!

  Chelle on the evening/night shift needs to be let go. Everytime we have issues, she's the manager on duty, and she seems incapable of unwilling to solve them. Her employees are more willing to help if something is wrong. She'll just stand there, carrying on with whatever conversation she's tied up in, happily ignoring the chaos and putting extra stress on her employees.
