    Just ordered breakfast. Waited 40 minutes and got the wrong food. When we asked if we could get the correct food the lady started yelling at my sister. Every other family in the dining room also had their orders wrong and the employees fought with them too. Food was good but something is off about these employees.

    0 stars . It took 15 minutes to get my mobile order of a large diet coke. Not enough employees. If you don't have enough workers, don't open the lobby. And the price went up AGAIN.

    Had to wait 30 minutes in the drive through. Ended up calling them to see what the hold up was and suddenly they were real worried about the 7 people that were waiting in the drive through. Dining room was completely empty as well. Then I got my nuggets and there were only 8 of them instead of the 10.

    I was at this establishment on a Saturday afternoon, the 2nd of May. They let you sit in the drive thru for a very long time (8 mins.) at the speaker, without taking your order. I pull up to the drive thru window to see what the problem was, the manager on duty (African america man with glasses on) threw a whole hissy fit. McDonalds you need to do better with your choice as far as managers. This definately put a bad taste in my mouth. He needs to learn how to talk to customers, First impressions mean a lot. I will never patroniize this estastablishment again. It's not what you say, It's how you say it! Clowns are for the circus, which is where he belongs!! 🎪🤡

    went in and ordered a burger had everything that I said not to be on it and everything that I wanted on it was not on it. She reread my order to me twice on the intercom and twice at the window and still proceeded to give me the wrong food. I called and asked if I could come and have my food remade or a refund and she said that without a receipt, she cannot do anything, even though I was there less than 20 minutes ago. I proceeded to find the receipt load my newborn back into his car seat and into my car and went through the drive-through where I ordered the food and asked if I could have a refund. The lady asked me for my name which was never taken, so I said that I am here for a refund with a receipt and she said that her manager said I have to come inside to get a refund. I went inside and the manager exclaimed very loud that She recognized me and was being very weird more Infatuated On the fact that I had a newborn in a car seat seat in the restaurant which I did not want to do in the first place, then giving me a refund…. I said I would just like to have a refund NOT FOOD REMADE since I had to load my newborn back up in the car and get him out to come inside for it. Proceeded to stand in the restaurant for 5 to 10 minutes with my newborn, waiting on my refund.. I’m done giving this location my business and I will be going to the McDonald’s five minutes up the street because they don’t mess up my orders ever!! i’ve had problems with this location before, but normally it’s just always finding onions on my burger. Which I looked past every single time I’m just not sure why they are so incompetent and rude. Every single person working in the drive-through was over what looked to be 40 years old or older and I’m just very unsure on why they don’t have the capabilities of getting the job done that they are getting paid to do. Jobs normally do not work like that, but it’s very telling on why they are where they are.
