When are rating systems going to have Zero or negative stars?
Debbie, I assume the manager, has zero concept of customer service and her store looks like a disaster area. I had mobile ordered from the parking lot a happy meal for my service animal with extra kid fries. We were waiting inside when a woman barked out my order number. We moved around a large family to grab the box and she had put it on the back counter. She walked past me twice without acknowledging that I was standing at the pickup counter after she just called out a pickup number. Got her attention (while she was within arms reach of the happy meal box) and rudely tells me "you have to wait" and walked away for another 114 seconds.(After the first wait, yes I got exact on the second wait) Now my fries have been sitting for a hair over 5 minutes for no reason. (You wanna irk my craw? Hand me cold McD's fries) I asked for a packet of Hot Mustard and she mumbled something as she walked around the corner. I waited 34 seconds and she hadn't returned, so I went to fill my soda. There were no medium or large lids in their bins, but there was a beautiful heap of other kids, napkins and straws in a Jenga-ish mound. I walked back to the counter, opened the box and there was 1 small bag of fries. As she ignored me while she walked past 2 more times I had to say Ma'am increasingly louder 4 times for her to turn around and with a scowl say "WHAT". Well, I asked you a few minutes ago about getting hot mustard, I need a lid for my large soda because you're out of lids, and there's only 1 French fry in there. With spittle she barks out "I told you 25 cents." Oooh, that's what you muttered when you were walking away. (This was on a mobile order, what am I do go to the kiosk and order just a packet of Hot Mustard?)(I will spare you my rant on discriminatory charging of condiments) It only took her about 55 seconds to fetch a lid. "um the fries?" She barks"that is the extra" To which I followed up with "Ok, where's the first one?" She walks away and comes back with another fry box, empty, and says this is the first one." I asked if she was going to put fries in it. Looks can't kill, but oh how she tried. Then scurried back to her evil lair. She was around the corner when I asked if she's the one that ran this tip top shape, clean, customer friendly store, because she had a dingy yellow shirt. " My name is Debbie!" And stomps away. My original plan was to take a walk with my dog, get a happy meal and when finished get some ice creams. Well, not if Debbie is in charge. I didn't ask her to do anything beyond what would be basic duties for a McDonald's employee. Hand the food over when it's ready or put it on the mobile pickup counter like every other McDonald's, have lids for the cups, and put the order together with what it says on the screen. And those tasks should be easy to accomplish without my prompting and definitely without scowling, spittle, or snapping.I hope the next time I come here, Debbie learns that she is there because of customers, and her attitude towards customers rubs off on the employees she is entrusted to lead. Or maybe delete the app and go 1/8 mile further to Chick-fil-A, where they are courteous and clean.

I ordered via the McDonald's app, got a fish sandwich meal and another sandwich, ate them, and became violently ill not 30m after consuming my meal. I called the corporate number to make a complaint, was guaranteed a callback within the week, never got one. I waited over a MONTH and STILL no callback from corporate OR the store. Not a check-in, not a "how can we fix this?", nothing. I will NOT be returning to this store or the brand, and I dont recommend anyone else do either
