  The customer service is terrible except 1 girl that wears the blue bonnet she is very nice and polite The lady with the red hair is rude The delivery of your orders take far too long

  Worst Mcdonald’s ever. It wasn’t even busy and they took the longest time to get me my food. The crazy part is that my food was all ready and just sitting there. The workers were talking, on their phones, not even answering anyone. As i can clearly see that my food is there we tried to ask one of the workers many times if she could give it to us and she just kept ignoring us. It doesn’t even take 1 minute to just grab the bag and hand it to us. Finally after waiting for so long another worker came and gave it to us. This was one of my worst experiences ever. I didn’t even order anything crazy for them to take that long. I’ve been to busier mcdonald’s and gotten my food faster. People that ordered their food after got their food before us as well. I don’t understand how these people got hired. I also got the wrong sauce from them and it was already opened and dirty..

  Thankfully, I was doing an UberEats order and it was not my food, because oh my gosh, this location is crazy. Staff sitting around in the lobby vaping instead of working, what looked to be rodent feces on the ground, and a dirty bathroom. I understand that McDonald’s isn’t a luxury restaurant, but come on!

  , the service was okay, however, I got less than a small serving of fries in my medium fry container, which i understand they were busy but I would of waited than get less than what I payed for.... didnt relaize it till I got back to work..

  The absolute worst mcds location I’ve ever been to. This is near where I live, which makes it all the more frustrating. Every time I try to go here I regret it. Wait in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes without being greeted, then when they finally say something, they say they’re “only taking mobile orders.” Employee was extremely rude and asked me why I came back if I keep having a bad experience — she’s right, I won’t make the mistake of giving this location another try. If zero stars were possible that’s where it would be sittin. Fire management, fire current employees… starting from scratch would be the only way to get this place to even a bare minimum quality. Just HORRIBLE!!!!
