  I honestly don't know how this establishment has more than 3 stars. I already filed a formal complaint, but please train your staff better at customer service and you will have less dissatisfied customers. Walking away from a person mid conversation when you could easily fix a problem by giving better instructions to your customers, telling your coworkers that you aren't about to argue with a customer even though it wasn't an argument but a complaint about the kiosk malfunctioning, and also having an ignorant attitude and rushing older customers because your staff allowed a line to form during breakfast and didn't start taking the orders until 3 minutes before breakfast ended are all terrible customer service qualities. I get it, this job pays trash wages, and no one wants to be in food service forever. If that's the case, don't abuse and neglect people who are paying for a service. Find a better job OR get better customer service skills so you can move up in the world and acquire a job with better benefits and higher wages.

  This food chain is good and a go to place when you want something quick. When freshly cooked to order the food is good

  Every time I order a happy meal for my son they forget the drink I keep think it’s inside the box once I get home there’s no drink

  Placed order through app and waited over an hour and a half to finally get my order and the food was cold. This location has been a constant disappointment and disservice to the community for over a decade. It’s a wonder that they are still even open

  I really wish they would stop hiring these kids especially for the night crew. They are never working never taking orders. God forbid you order on the app so now you can’t leave. STOP HIRING THESE KIDS. WHERE ARE THE REAL MANAGERS? The 24/7 McDonalds should always be running smoothly. SMH.
