  I placed a mobile order here for breakfast, a soda, and a frappe. When i get there, the guy immediately tells me their frappe machine is broken. We’ve all heard the “ice cream machine broken” excuse before so whatever. Next after he gave me my two sodas, he slammed the window shut on me before he could ask about my food. It’s a mobile order so it should be on the screen for the staff to see. How unorganized and inefficient can an establishment be? Next, after i had to tell him TWICE what my mobile order was, he came back and told me they don’t have FOOD. it’s a McDonald’s, how do you not have food?? He didn’t give me an option of a refund and told me to have a good day. Well there’s $30 down the drain. I was pissed and drove away. Needless to say, i will NOT be returning to this location. The staff is rude, slow, unhelpful, and clearly don’t have a good manager because they couldn’t be bothered to come help. Thanks, McDonalds. You suck.

  I come to this McDonald’s all the time I order on the mobile app and I come here to pick up my order recently. This McDonald’s has not been my favorite lately. The workers does not follow directions. I told them to put something on my food and they don’t and I paid for it recently I ordered a snap wrap. I pacifically said no cheese and when I got the snap wrap and I opened it there were cheese in it and that could’ve ended very badly because I’m allergic to cheese. These workers really need to pay attention.

  Ummm I walk in and order at 1:42 I asked for it to be dine-in and held my table marker and stood waiting at the register…for 18 minutes before someone even took notice of me. They asked me what I got but they had given it to someone else in a bag even though I was holding my number marker the whole time. The biggest disappointment was that there was no apology or offer of making things okay. I wish I felt respected. I know it’s fast food but I finally got my food around 2:10, almost 30 minutes for two mcchickens and a large fry. Already was having a bad day and this didn’t help. Probably won’t be attending again, we will see. Maybe in a bit if I come in and people have been changed around to be more people caring.
