  Horrible customer service. Never have anything except basic glazed donuts available and blame others for their laziness of making donuts that are unique to the month like blaming customers for not coming at specific timeframes of when they claim to have them available.... Then when u do come at this time they have another reason and never refund you for paying extra for these donuts. They pick what they want to replace them with and don't even tell you half the time when the donuts you've chose aren't available.. then get annoyed and snap at you when u address them about it telling u "it's not my problem, contact the manager if u want it handled " then u ask when they will be there they glare at you raising their voice that they don't know and how youre holding up their line

  For the second time in a few weeks, we were looking forward to Krispy Kreme doughnuts from the S. Lindbergh store in St. Louis. At 7:30a.m., the store, which was shown online to be open, was closed. The doors were locked, and the shades pulled. No one would answer the drive-through that had three cars waiting. Please correct either the noted open hours or the operations of this facility.

  Hours of operation say they are open but doors are locked. 2nd time I have attempted to go into the building to get donuts. Do not go to this location.

  we stopped at the Krispy Kreme in Fenton and walked out because we couldn't get anybody to wait on us, their donuts were all glazed and they had their specialty donuts in racks in the back. The person had to keep running back and forth with a lobby full of people and then taking drive thru people before the lobby. We drove to the one on Lindburgh and that was 1000x better. It was clean which the Fenton store was not, The people working there were so nice and so attentive.....all the donuts were in the case and we got waited on by Pam and Jayna. They were so attentive and friendly and I truly appreciate the cleanliness of the business. Fenton can learn a few things from this location. Thanks Pam and Jayna for finally getting us the donuts my kids were craving.

  I've tried a few times. The doughnuts are good but it's practically been every order that they are always missing items they advertise as available.(Could be in store mobile doordash or online it doesn't matter and I'm not just talking seasonal or we ran out of glazed doughnuts)
