    I never leave reviews for fast food because… it’s Chipotle, shit happens. But what in the Gordon Ramsay episode was going on today? I ordered a steak burrito. I don’t care about waiting for fresh steak, that’s cool. What I do care about is y’all heating my tortilla first just to let it sit there collecting Social Security while the steak finishes cooking. I watched that thing get colder by the second. Then the steak finally comes out and bro starts building my burrito like he’s filming a 10-part YouTube tutorial. Every scoop had a commercial break between it. Then came the folding… I’ve seen toddlers wrap Christmas presents better. We were both fighting for our lives by the end. By the time I got my burrito it had been through the five stages of grief. Next time just wait until the steak is ready before heating the tortilla. My burrito shouldn’t have a longer life story than me before I even take the first bite.

    On July 2nd, 2026 at approximately 7:50pm I walked in to order food as the young lady with her hair covered assist me. A black male; dread locks, 6’0ft 210IBS, wearing a chipotle uniform told the young lady “you put too much on that burrito, I’m not helping you fold that”. I immediately walked away like wow I hope this guy is not in a leadership position as it seems to be the case at the time. I asked the clerk “do you all have any bottles of soda”? The BM from earlier chimed in and attempted to pronounce something that I didn’t hear clearly or have any idea what it was as he joked about it and made comments under his breath. His actions were not appropriate for a customer service representative. 1. If the customer don’t know what the product is be clear and direct For example We do not carry bottle of sodas we have other options for you. 2. Do not be a smartass to get laughs 3. Be a leader because the clerk felt very comfortable agreeing with the foolishness. 4. Pronounce the product clear especially when it is a foreign item to most people. Meanwhile there was other staff members that helped out throughout this situation shown on footage. I hope chipotle do not lower the stand for good service as I told the clerk keep doing what you’re doing do not let people bring you down. Poor leadership will sink the work crew. Moving forward I will not choose this location ever again.

    I was hoping that I would have the only negative review, but it's sad this is a consistent experience at this location. Came in yesterday, it was FOUR staff working and no other customer was in line. No one helped me and greeted me. Two other people walked in and immediately got helped and greeted while I was just standing there. Another reviewer said do not go in the evening...and I guess it's the case. I walked out unfortunately and had to give my business to QDOBA up the street.

    This is the worse and horrible place i have ever been. The lady with the black mask who is in drive thru side, i don’t know whats wrong with her but her attitude is on different level. Seriously i would never give 1 star to any business but this is a serious issue. I have been waiting for the order for almost like 1 hr, literally 1 hr watching her. She didn’t even come and ask me whats the order name, i do know they busy, but come on guys 1 hr and you don’t give a damn standing right in-front of you with the order. @chipotle team you guys need a better people there who genuinely cares about their customers, at least you can come and ask the name. At least talk with us. please this is my humble request.

    I really enjoy Chipotle and have been a loyal customer for a long time, which is why I was so disappointed by my recent experience at the Hampton Avenue location (3547 Hampton Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139). The employee working the register provided some of the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. She was rude, unprofessional, and made what should have been a simple visit extremely unpleasant. As a customer, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. I believe employees represent a company's brand, and experiences like this can have a negative impact on customer loyalty and business reputation. Because of how unacceptable this interaction was, I will be contacting corporate to share my concerns and provide feedback about my experience. I hope this issue is addressed so that future customers receive the level of service they expect from Chipotle. 6/12/2026
