I walk in with my friend and they had already been huddled up not working, and then immediately dispersed as I had got to order my food.
The woman servicing us was a redheaded black lady.
My friend and I both got honey chicken and regular chicken which was for some reason really hard to comprehend, and for that she kept giving us attitude and looking at us like we were the stupid ones?
The whole interaction was honestly so bad, at the end of it they actually bagged our food and TOSSED it on the counter at it, it almost fell off.
Seriously gonna debate coming here again.

The first person didn't speak at all, even huffed and scowled at me when I asked for two bowls and an order of tacos.
The next person in line was very short and a bit unfriendly when asking what to put on each order. But he was at least accurate.
The cashier was short and her and the middle guy were at each other's throats.
Clearly none of them wanted to be there.
The store was a mess, including the food surfaces.
The fountain and utensils counter was roped off. Good job I didn't need those.
This was all at 7 PM.

So we saw the 2.6-star Google rating and thought, “How bad could it really be?”
Chipotle said: Hold my guac…
I’m pleased to report this location DELIVERED a rock-solid 2.2-star experience. ⭐️⭐️✨
At least they’re consistent.
Tonight’s menu featured:
A) No tortillas
B) No cheese
C) No steak
Which is an impressively aggressive interpretation of the Chipotle business model.
The guy working the counter was actually great. He was basically running a one-man emergency response unit with seemingly zero support, limited ingredients, and the unmistakable look of a man reconsidering every decision that led him to this moment.
He was pissed at the world.
And frankly, the world had it coming.
This isn’t an employee problem. This is a leadership problem.
Someone apparently looked at staffing, inventory, basic restaurant operations, and said:
“Nah. He’s got this.”
He did not, in fact, have this.
Corporate: if one employee is standing behind the counter apologizing because a BURRITO RESTAURANT HAS NO TORTILLAS, you don’t have an execution problem.
You have a management case study.
Five stars to the guy trying to keep the Titanic afloat with a serving spoon.
2.2 stars to the experience.
Somehow, that still feels generous.

... it is absolutely insane that we have to accept this kind of rude customer service to enjoy a Chiptople dinner. This lady (the light skinned with the braids) had such a horrible rude demeanor... I told her I wanted the pico de gallo and she kept asking if I wanted Mild... the Mild.. the Mild... as if I must say it correctly in order to get it... Lady I don't wanna argue... I just want my Pico.... horrible... the HR professional who was with me said that Like usually hires Like, or they don't know whats going on in the field... Does the store manager or the District Manager approve of this type of behaviour? Does Chipotle have an employee etiquette training facility this lady can be sent to? ... the tables were dirty also.

I have never written a bad review in my life, but if I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would.
From the moment I walked into the restaurant until the moment I left, this was by far the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had.. and I am a huge Chipotle fan.
The employee working the front with the red braids was extremely rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. She was rushing us to pay before we had even finished getting our food and wouldn’t even let us finish adding our toppings before repeatedly trying to get us to pay. What made the situation even more frustrating was that, after rushing us to pay, she didn’t even have the correct charge ready.
She then incorrectly charged me for an item I did not order. When I politely pointed this out, instead of simply correcting the mistake, she argued with me about what I had ordered and became extremely rude when I asked for the incorrect charge to be refunded. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude or the way she spoke to us.
To make matters worse, the chicken was burnt to the point of being completely inedible. Between the poor customer service, incorrect charge, rushed interaction, and quality of the food, I left extremely disappointed.
A $30+ dinner should not leave a customer feeling like this.
I genuinely recommend going to another Chipotle location if you have the option. Find the next closest location and save yourself the frustration. I truly hope management addresses the customer service and food-quality issues at this location, because this experience was completely unacceptable.
