    Hope I can give 0 star this location. I go chipotle to get veggie bowl only rice hot sauce and sour cream today I went to this location I told guy with mask I need double rice he put one scoop rice there is no white rice in container he keep scraping and gave me I didn’t say anything but when I told him can I get some more rice he said can’t there is brown rice and he refused so I left from there without getting bowl I am loyalty reward member

    Great food and a solid selection of fresh ingredients! The burritos are always packed and the staff is super friendly. Perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal!

    Saw a physical altercation between three staff members here. Cook ran at the girl at the register and the change jar and gift cards flew up into the air. I had only come back in for a side of sour cream. This specific location is as immature and inappropriate as it could get. Orders for pickup have taken 30-45 minutes as well, but mostly that physical fight I saw totally turned me off. Just bad attitudes and workers that are quick to physically fight each other in front of customers. No thanks. I would have thought, as I HAD REPORTED IT TO CHIPOTLE, That I would have at least heard back from ANYONE. Nope. I had to move fast because the register was pushed off and nearly fell on my feet- I could only put this physical altercation in 900 or less characters. The corporate chipotle “contact us/how are we doing” system is crap with not letting people actually tell you what’s going on fully, OR care that I saw the most embarrassing thing ever, a fight break out amongst several employees and the coins of the tip jar and plastic gift cards FLEW 10 feet in the air, and the register fell on the floor in front of me as I moved out of the way.

    It was my grandsons 17th birthday and he wanted Chipotle. He ordered first with honey chicken with double meat. I ordered the same, only with 1 protein. The pan was already low, but instead of getting a fresh pan I was given not even a full scoop. I just asked her nicely could she add just a little more, and I guess her manager heard us. She said you only get one scoop unless you order double. I simply said it wasn't even a full scoop. The original server added a little more, but the manager just made an angry face and mumbled under her breath " I'm not doing this today. After our bowls were made, while I was still in line I asked a few times for 2 large queso cheese and chips, I was ignored by the manager and that server while looking at me. Finally another nice server came to give it to me. I never said another word, because I didn't want to make a scene and ruin it for my grandson. That's why I never order online anymore, because I word get my order and there wouldn't hardly be anything in it for almost $15. Very disappointed. I'm not trying to get something for nothing, but when stuff gets low,swap it out with fresh instead of shortchanging the customer.

    Can we please not start the attitudes at this location. Here now at 10p and I asked for fresh pico de gallo and was told no with an attitude. Specifically there isn't anymore. Since when does Chipotle act this way? This area is stepping up. Would hate to see service go down.
