- JNJeff Norris3 days ago3.0Place is dirty. When I asked for steak they didn’t even give me a full spoon full. The steak didn’t taste like there was any seasoning on it. I felt rushed through the line rather than helped. The music is louder than any chipotle I’ve been in. I asked to eat in but they used a lid and bagged my food.

Starbucks corporate really got an issue With people defending themselves such as their own employees. I’ll never eat there again.
- DJDani JJun 28, 20261.0The worst location in STL!!! I ordered three tacos, and the employee overloaded all three with way too many ingredients. I politely asked if they could remake them with less, but instead of simply fixing the order, the employees stood around for several minutes trying to decide whether they were going to remake my tacos. It shouldn’t take that long to correct a simple mistake. After waiting, I decided to leave and told them, “Never mind, forget it.” I was disappointed by the lack of urgency and customer service. It felt like they didn’t care about preparing the food the way the customer requested or making the situation right. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a negative impression.
