  Placed a pick up order, picked it up at 10:20pm. Got home with the order and the bag bottomed out causing everything to fall on the sidewalk. I attempted calling the store at 10:50pm knowing they close at 11pm. AI wouldn’t let me talk to anyone at the store so just no dinner for me last night. I was able to call this morning and get rewards on my account, which I’m grateful for. But we should also not be putting 3 guacs, a burrito, a bowl and a GLASS bottle in a small/medium bag. My partner even was trying to support the bottom of the bag but it still bottomed out. Really disappointing. The guac was also entirely dark green and ick looking

  In my experience one of the better Chipotles I've been to! Service is very straightforward, you're in and out. Food is good quality and portions make it worth it. The only thing I have to say that makes the rating 4/5 instead of 5 is the cleanliness. The lobby is a little grimey each time I've been but this location is in a busy spot so I totally understand not being able to be on top of that on a regular basis

  Arrived during normal business hours and found the doors locked with no signage or communication from staff. Multiple customers waited outside for about 15 minutes while employees were inside cleaning and preparing the store. After finally being let in, I had a brief interaction with a manager regarding the wait. The situation escalated, and the manager refused to serve me. During the interaction, he became hostile, used profanity, and made inappropriate comments about how much he makes (“6 figures”) while also blaming staffing issues for the situation. The interaction was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Other staff members were also rude, and when I attempted to call the store afterward to speak with a manager, the call was hung up when I asked for assistance. I left without receiving food and had to go elsewhere. Overall, very disappointing experience with customer service and communication.

  It doesn’t make any sense that they charge you EXTRA for honey chipotle chicken and steak but still serve the tiniest amount of portion. Not getting your moneys worth is very unfortunate especially how expensive these are now. It really does feel like a slap in the face. 5/10/26 disappointing experience.

  It is now 30 minutes after the are supposed to be open and the door are still locked. They said 10 mins 20 minutes ago because they are putting together a large order. Its 50 degrees outside the least they can do is let the 6 people waiting inside. This is ridiculous, the manger needs to do a better job preparing.
