We came two hours before closing on their university merch bogo day, and they told us right as I was about to reach the counter that they were no longer doing the bogo deal. Keep in mind the deal was supposed to go from 3pm to closing. We were informed at 9:30pm, and they close at 11pm. Thats a whole hour and a half before closing who's deal they didnt honor without any explanation other than the bogo isn't going to be offered anymore. We had already spent almost an hour walking and taking the metro, spending $25 on metro passes, and to be told that we couldn't even get the bogo was a huge disappointment. If we had atleast gotten the bogo, it would have been worth the cost, but the failure to honor the deal has made the trip a huge waste of money and time. We were also the only students in the restaurant when they informed us. Terrible experience for going to Chipotle for the first time ever. You wont be expecting me back at any location ever.

- YWYilin WuAug 21, 20261.0Went with a couple of friends to get Chipotle at 9pm(they close at 11) because of the BOGO deal to get one free for one purchase; however, they told us they were not doing the deal anymore despite the deal ending at closing according to the website. We waited at least 30 minutes up to that point in the line. And we were one of the only students left in that line. Got yelled at then they said, “Thank you” for what 😭😭? Felt very discriminated towards and disappointed.

My friends and I were already having a terrible day (not to mentioned we spent 32 dollars on ubers to get here) only to be told the bogo deal was ending a full 1 and a half hours before the restaurant closed. very disappointing. safe to say i will never ever be eating here again!!! i am incredibly disappointed!!!
