    Ordered $60 worth of food, got home and no fries included in ANY of our meals.(5 full meals) Went back and they couldn’t replace any of the nuggets. Rude workers at the drive thru arguing and lying about what was or wasn’t included in my bag. Then they couldn’t even refund my ticket when I explained that now I’d have to go home and eat hot fries with cold nuggets because they refused to replace the rest of my food “it’s above my pay grade” ok well my family rarely gets to eat chick because it’s so expensive so I guess yall are above my pay grade now too because I’m NEVER wasting time or money with this company again. 60 for cold food. Disgrace.

    * WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS FOR UPCHARGES * This location usually has great customer service (at the counter) and tasty food. Good pricing too. BUT WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS!!! I purchased the regular Chicken Sandwich Meal (Sandwich, Waffle Fries and Drink.) But I was UPCHARGED 0.55¢ for a multi-grain bun and 0.40¢ for a lemonade. The problem with this was that the counter checker did NOT inform me there was an UPCHARGE for these two items! She was new. I'm guessing she just didn't know or think about it or wasn't trained properly. She was very courteous, but had to ask Liam about how to switch buns on an order. I don't blame her for that. She was in progress learning still. No problem there. But I personally don't appreciate businesses that mandate UPCHARGES for literally basic menu items like a different style bun, extra cheese on a sandwich (McD's) or lemonade over a soda or bottled water and don't inform us. At the very least, they are obligated to inform us of additional charges that aren't listed on the Menu Board. I view this as a deceptive business practice. And a greedy one at that. It's not about a few cents charge here or there. It's about informing the customers accurately >>> PRIOR TO THE TRANSACTION <<< what our charges and total costs for a meal/purchase will be. They didn't charge the 3% or 3.5% Credit Card usages fee. But many businesses do. And most don't inform you of that charge beforehand. It's also hard to verify what that charge is because every business labels it differently on their printed receipts. Customers have a right to know if we are being charged extra beyond the Menu Board listed pricing. Businesses have an obligation to inform their customers properly. See attached receipt photo verifying two UPCHARGES.

    This is the second time I've been to a chick-fil-a, first time was different location, but I absolutely love it. The people are always so nice and the food is just great, I got a #1 deluxe, it's a fried chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato, my friend got chicken strips and we both had fries and the fries are so good!! Definitely will be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Also, they have fresh flowers on each table, not a big deal but a really nice touch 🌺
