Chick-fil-A gave my husband and me the wrong coffees, but we were already on the highway and in a rush when we noticed, so we couldn’t go back. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager, who told me she would write my name down and that they would replace the two coffees. I specifically asked if I needed to keep the receipt and was told no. This morning, I asked to add the two replacement mocha cold brews to my mobile order. The employee couldn’t find my name in the book and asked for my receipt. I explained that I had been told I didn’t need to keep it. She then told me there was nothing she could do. I’m a Chick-fil-A rewards member, and I actually found the original transaction from the end of August in my account. I was then told that these replacements had to be used within 30 days. Had I been told, I absolutely would have used them in time. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I was simply trying to use a replacement that a manager had promised me, following the instructions I was given. When a customer is given incomplete information by a manager, I would hope Chick-fil-A would make an effort to make it right rather than simply saying, “There’s nothing I can do.”

The first time my food was made wrong and I was already on the highway headed to work. This past Friday 9/11/26 the woman working drive thru (name starts with a V) had a poor attitude @6:40AM (way too early for attitude) to the point I went inside and got a refund just because of how nasty her attitude was. Sat in drive thru for 15 mins just to experience that! I won’t take my chances for a third time to be unimpressed to spend my money. The team lead Felecia that issued my refund didn’t ask any questions, didn’t greet me, just walked up to the register began typing in my order number printed me a refund receipt and walked away.
- AGAlyssa GroetekeSep 3, 20264.0I stopped at the Chick-fil-A off Lemay Road today, and I have to start with the parking lot: it makes my head hurt. It’s confusing, and when you’re going through the drive-thru, it honestly feels like you’re driving straight into oncoming traffic. Somehow, though, Chick-fil-A knows exactly what they’re doing. Even when it looks completely wrong, it’s definitely right! I always order through the app and use the mobile drive-thru, which makes things incredibly quick. Today, my food was actually ready before the car in front of me, so I just sat there enjoying my Oreo shake while I waited. And let me tell you, the Oreo shake is my absolute favorite. The ice cream here is just divine. It has that creamy, rich taste that reminds me of homemade ice cream, and I could probably have one of these shakes even when I’m not getting food. I also always get Chick-fil-A sauce. To me, it tastes like a combination of honey mustard and barbecue sauce with just a little bit of sweetness. I love it on both my fries and my sandwich, so it’s basically mandatory with my order. The sweet tea is good, too, and the chicken was moist and fresh-tasting as always. Unfortunately, the fries weren’t that great today. They were pretty soft and almost seemed like they hadn’t been cooked all the way through. That’s definitely not something I normally expect from Chick-fil-A, so it was a little disappointing. Overall, while the parking and drive-thru setup here can be a little intimidating, I definitely appreciate this Chick-fil-A. They’re quick, efficient, and the food is usually very tasty. Hopefully the fries were just an off day because everything else was up to the usual Chick-fil-A standards!
