- ESEmily S4 days ago1.0I ordered a coffee and a soda today with my meal. Whenever I was given the drinks, I assumed the clear cup was the soda because of how dark it was. Turns out it was actually the coffee! I ordered my coffee with half and half and there was none in it. Secondly, I was given the wrong sauces. Not sure how that can happen when the sauces were printed on the bag. Wondering if I could get a refund for my coffee. If not, just stick to the Sunset Hills and Arnold Chick-fil-A locations, as they never mess up your orders there.

As I was passing a milkshake to my grandson in the backseat the lid came off and spilled all over my console. She quickly grabbed some napkins for me and then came back with more napkins, a bag to throw the soiled napkins in, and a fresh milkshake. Her quick thinking saved my car from being a sticky mess and I appreciate it SO much. I hope the manager sees this and passes on my thanks.
