  Food never comes out hot. Always warm. Staff are generally seen gathering in groups chitchatting while ignoring customers. On our last visit, My glass was empty for around 10 minutes. Our waitress stopped by to let us know that our food would be out soon and without even offering another drink, she ran off. Then when the food arrived, it was lukewarm at best. There couldn’t have been 25 people in the entire restaurant. Yet it seemed like they were overstaffed and all the staff were standing around talking with each other. Maybe lack of management being present? But it’s still a great place to watch the game.

  Went in and waited over an hour for one margarita even after reminding the waiter 3 times, the waiter walked past my table 6 times while my cup was empty and i had to ask for a refill because he was more interested in flirting with the girls in the booth beside me. Food was room temp when served to table. Definitely not coming back.

  It was 8pm on Friday and me and my family came to the soco Buffalo Wild wings. In a empty restaurant with all the employees talking on there phones and discussing pics. We a party of 4 were told a 20 min wait because they had to ask the waiters if they could seat anybody.. WHAT ???. Then when I asked why it was a 20 min wait. I was told about the "we have to ask the waiters if we can seat". I told them to just remove my name from the WAIT LIST.ONLY 1S WAITING ON A TABLE. I got all the childish byes have a nice day with waves from most of them standing there with tables full of dirty dishes from customers,while they have fun on the phones.. I left the restaurant and called to talk to a manager and was told they are TOOO busy to talk to me at 9pm.......... they were in the back cooking... (SIDE NOTE i have pics of HOW BUSY they are at this time..). Totally disrespected and will never go back there.. We went to fenton after that and we had 💯 better experience. Still waiting on a call back from the manager.. FYI the party in front of us left for the same reason! I would of marked 0 stars if that was an option. And the guy with with the Spiderman hair complaining about how his hours got cut, but he will be back on Tuesdays. IN THE FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS that's back of the house talk not in front of the customers. Totally unprofessional!! And with 20 empty tables on the floor and open seats at the bar tables. And 7 employees around the hostess stand. That manager is so busy. I would rather go get the snacks at the Dicks sporting goods next door!!!

  5/14/2026 Arrive for doordash. Guy is on the phone, there are 3 waitresses and 1 host completely ignoring the 40 people in line for orders and to be seated. My dash was reported completely 10 minutes ago and they are still saying the kitchen is working on it. The customer service here is AWFUL. There is NO MANAGEMENT WHATSOEVER! FIRE THE MANAGER! I never got my dash and at least 50 people didn't even get acknowledged when they walked in the door. No one cares. They are not understaffed, they are poorly trained and incompetent. Again, no management whatsoever. Had to have customer cancel the order and didn't get paid for waiting for 45 minutes for an order that was marked completed prior to my arrival. They are taught to lie and deflect to every customer
