  Ordered delivery for 6pm at noon. It was late. Did not get some of my items and my pizza was undercooked to the point where my kids would not touch it.I called and was told that they could not refund my items. I contacted help on the app. I was advised that I would get a call within 3 business days. This was on the 11th. Still no call. At this point they have my money I have not been refunded or even called about the situation. Very disappointed!

  The shift manager is rude and not very knowledgeable he changed his answer 3 different times during our conversation and then told us we are not allowed a refund for the items they forgot which was multiple items until I said so your telling me I can’t get my money back for something I purchased and yall messed up and then he changed to we do post cards . It’s crazy how a company can get away with that and to top it off the pizzas weren’t fully cooked. And we placed the order 7 hours early and still got it almost 30 minutes later than the time we had scheduled .

  I just received the pizzas that I ordered more than an hour ago. I called to check on them 20 minutes ago and was told that a DoorDash driver had not accepted the order yet and that’s why I had not received them while I was on the phone suddenly a driver, miraculously accepted the order when the driver delivered the order he, mentioned that the safety seals had been cut through on the pizzas and he would not accept the order until they did new seals in order to protect himself. I will obviously not be ordering from this location again, even though I live less than a mile away and we’ve typically had quick and quality service in the past. Cutting the safety seals is unacceptable.

  Ugh this has now happened the last two times we ordered they messed up the pizza then said they would send out another waited an hour and half call back and the store never received our reorder!! Now I have to wait another 30 mins to eat dinner. Get it together and when asking for mangervi was told they were unavailable

  Ordered delivery and it took over 1.5hrs to get here and I’m only 5 blocks away! It was cold and soggy and couldn’t even eat it! Horrible service!
