The food was good, and the new chicken waffle sandwich was really good. If you have not tried it yet, I definitely recommend giving it a chance. What stood out most during this visit was the staff. After receiving our food, my wife was helping get our kids settled in the car and accidentally dropped her fries. The team replaced them for her without hesitation. That may sound like a small gesture, but when you are trying to manage food and get children situated, that kind of kindness and customer service makes a real difference. We also moved through the restaurant pretty quickly, which we appreciated. The restrooms were clean, the location was well maintained, and the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end. Chick-fil-A continues to be one of the most reliable fast-food restaurants when it comes to good food, cleanliness, efficiency, and customer service. A special shout-out to the staff at this St. Joe location for taking care of my wife and making sure our family had everything we needed. We would definitely return.

- ARAndrea RobinsonSep 11, 20262.0I do not know what’s happened to this Chick-fil-A, but it has gone drastically down hill! They haven’t gotten my order correct for the last few months! Whether it’s something as small as forgetting a extra tortilla trips for a salad, to giving the fried nuggets instead of the plain ones, to wrong drink sizes, clearly, no one is taking pride in their work there anymore. The wait times have also increased and for some reason they have the online orders merging into the regular order group, which doesn’t seem to make much sense. Not to mention, $30 for two people for lunch is not cheap- then to get it wrong, is pretty disappointing! It’s a strange day when the McDonald’s in town is regularly doing a 100% better job, but here we are.
