  I recently went to a Chick fil a in San Diego Ca. because my grandson likes to eat there. I’ve never been big a fan of the sandwiches but wanted to take him where he wanted to eat. I chose the Cobb Salad! 🥗 I’m not a big salad eater either! AND WOW! I was pleasantly surprised! The display was gorgeous! An entire sliced hard boiled egg, extra fresh lettuce, full (not sliced) chunks of crispy chicken, full scoops of ham and 2 nice piles of cheese! It was fantastic! When I returned to St. Joseph Mo. I told my parents about how great the Cobb salad was. Much to my mom’s surprise that I even liked it, much less loved it. She was eager to try it. We went together bought 3 Cobb salads (1 for my dad) got home with them and I was embarrassed! I bragged about what we were served in San Diego thinking it would be the same no matter which location we’d go to. NOT TRUE! Not in St. Joseph Mo. The lettuce was wilted & far from fresh, the chicken was sliced in to very small tiny little pieces AND there was very little cheese & one slice of a hard boiled egg! ONE SLICE! The portion was much smaller then the portion in San Diego! When we got home we grated our own cheese & boiled eggs! Why would a chain have such a drastic difference in the consistency of meals bought in Missouri verses what you get in California? Sure the greens would be fresher in Ca. that’s a no brainer. But, the entire Cobb salad was of no match on any level! And guess what I paid the exact same price! San Diego is noted for high prices on everything! And you expect you’ll get low quality on most things in such a large city! Nope! Not true at chick Fil a! I will never go back! I will never recommend eating at the restaurant in st joe Mo! What’s up with getting crap food in St. Joseph Mo. DONT GO THERE! If I ever go again, which I most likely won’t! It will be in San Diego Ca. Not in the Midwest!

  This location was out of the market salad and fruit cups. The women's restroom was a mess. None of the employees said my pleasure. Worst Chick-fil-A experience ever!

  My husband and I really enjoy eating at Chick-fil-A. Yesterday I ordered a Cobb salad. It was loaded with chicken on top. I couldn't eat it all so my husband finished it. The staff are friendly and joke with you. The place in nice and clean. That's including the restrooms.

  emma was so nice to our group! it seemed like others were being rude to her, which was sad to see. she was very attentive and kind to us!

  Chick-fil-A always hits. We go there several times a month honestly. Wish they would open the drive up side completely for mobile ordering though. They've had it merging for a few months now with the drive up ordering and it's really a pain. A lot of people don't like to let the mobile orderers merge. Other than that, always great food and great service.
