  Short wait, kind + friendly staff, order made perfectly! All of my food was still hot when I got home, and there was lots of meat in my tacos!

  I frequent this taco bell because it's the closest location to my home. Go approximately once every 2 weeks. The whole reason i go to taco bell is the convenience of the keyosk inside for oders. The day shift does a good job. If you get their before about 5pm. Your gonna get good service and good preparation on your order. The closing shift however. Everyone needs to be fired. They orders are always messed up and they always close the inside when they feel like it. And it's always dirty. I have been their at 9:45 on a Sunday before and gotten inside. Literally today I pulled up at 9:30 on a Sunday and I can see two people sitting inside eating. And the doors were locked. When the inside is supposed to be open till 10pm. Someone who was finally taking out trash saw me and yelled " inside is close" when I can Literally see two customers sitting down eating. Including the local homeless man that's always their. Insted of doing the long line at the drive threw. I literally drove across town to the taco bell on elm got in at 9:45. Service was so good. I was back in my car at 9:55. With correct order. No issues. Don't go to this taco bell after 5pm. The lazy workers will take forever and interject their depression into everything they do. And make it hard for them to just do their job. Go to the one on elm near 370. If your getting food after 5pm Much better people their.

  I’m mostly always satisfied at this location, I only got a soft taco and when I got home it was mostly lettuce and cheese, barely any meat. You’d only get meat if you finished more than half the taco, and even then it was like someone picked it up with their fingers and gave you that much This is a good review I promise, I’m sure the worker will know who he is, but I really appreciated how quickly and effectively they handled the situation. I called up the store, he said to come up and he’d replace it, I went home with 3 soft tacos, so thank you for making up my order and giving me more to eat. It’s so hard to afford to eat these days and it made my night better🩷

  I love taco bell but this location the staff have zero personality and never remember everything for the order there is always a line wrap around the building and could do much better need better management at night time because days are great n friendly and smooth nights whole diff story!

  Went thru drive through and they were busy…. Employee at window was a smart Alec Got home, over 1/2 food missing, no sauce, called, smart attitude on phone It’s Taco Bell, I wasn’t expecting 5 star service and meal, but this is unacceptable
