  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was having a really, really bad day today, and honestly, Sonic helped turn my entire mood around. Sometimes it’s the smallest acts of kindness and great customer service that can make such a difference, and that was definitely my experience today. Sam was absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, kind, patient, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. Their positive attitude and great service were exactly what I needed on a difficult day. It may have just been a Sonic visit to them, but it genuinely made my day a little brighter. Thank you, Sam, for being so awesome and for helping turn a bad day into a better one! Sonic is lucky to have you. 💙🍔🥤

  Employee with black clothes and black beanie was smoking something while entering the building… his sweater also said “better than sex” on it. Not a good look. Drinks are bomb tho!

  Bro with the black and white beanie and hoodie walked in to the employee only area smoking a black and mild and did not put it out, just kept smoking it when he went inside. Not a good look on your place and can contaminate food. Was going to get food and immediately decided not to; very disappointing to see.

  This is THE WORSE LOCATION I have ever been too and disappointed because it’s in Saint Charles. I expect better . I been here twice in two weeks spaced out . The first time my food was cold and I only got part of my order and part of someone else’s order which was horrible . Couldn’t come back because I made it home and do not live near by . The second time I asked for no lettuce and guess what ? They gave it to me anyway on top of some cold and hard fries. They do not listen very here neither do they care .

  We have uber eats from this sonic TWICE, tonight on July 21st, the tots are burnt and taste like they have been left out. they completely forgot both of our groovy sauces with our meals and my shake is just plain vanilla ice cream with Reese’s on top? whatever y'all got going on, y'all need to fix it. because this is ridiculous we paid almost $50 for food that is horrible. i understand its probably teenagers working but they need to care a little bit more about the job that they have.
