  Not sure what's going on at this location, almost feels like it's just being left to deteriorate until closure, everything is worn out,most of the ordering kiosks are broken as well. Tried to go a few days ago, only 2 cars in line and no cars at drive-ups and we were told they wouldn't even take our order for 10 minutes after arriving at the drive thru order speaker, all we wanted was a few lime-ades...

  I’ve tried calling the store over 10 times as well as texting option and no response. My order was incorrect and resolution was made. It’s really frustrating and inconvenient to constantly getting your order wrong and nobody takes responsibility for the poor service

  Terrible service all three of the times I’ve been to this location. Two times they just didn’t give me all of the food I ordered and I’ve had to wait 20 minutes for an online order while watching the drive through steadily go by. All around bad experience just got somewhere else.

  Hole in the door to outside taped up with cardboard. All car port spots out of order. The other side had the car port spots ripped out. Stuff taped to the speaker. This place looks disgusting and there is no way it would pass an inspection. Was going to sit in the drive thru but decided I didn’t trust the food after the looks of the place and left. Is anyone up keeping this location?

  I'm not a picky guy, but this place if it doesn't shape up will be closed. It's sluggish to answering speaker, horrible to take care of drive thru in a timely manner. Doesn't care to change the soda bib out when it's clearly lacking syrup. Door Dashers are literally stuck for upwards of 30 mins because of the crap service. This sonic is literally one of the worst I've been to. "We can't get workers" is NOT an excuse if it comes up. PUT THAT SAME MONEY FOR AN EMPLOYEE PAYMENT INTO GOOGLE ADS!!! Until you find someone to take the payment . IT WILL WORK!!! If you're unwilling to fight to make the place top knotch, then just shut it down.
