  Food & service was great! It was very hot in the dining area on 9/4. We were fanning with our menus. I don't think the air was working.

  Stopped in early this evening after shopping the festival of little hills vendors. The place was empty. We ordered cocktails and pasta. It was a very hot day and little warm in the restaurant. Cocktails were okay then we got our food. Within seconds of getting our food we were attacked by tiny nats. We thought maybe it was from being close to the door so we moved. The nats again attacked us. It was so gross! I looked at the girl behind the bar while swatting them away and said Bugs! She mouthed back to me “sorry, I know”. I said this is gross we can’t eat with all these bugs INSIDE the restaurant. We had them remove the unfinished cocktails and pasta from our bill ( which was terrible btw. They used precooked rubbery chicken in the pasta) and immediately left. Quintessential has seriously went downhill. So gross! We won’t go back!

  4 people, Fri. Noon. ONLY customers. Waitress, well meaning, trying hard. Woefully under trained by manager. Soup of day-clam chowder 'Manhattan/N.E.'? "Don't know". "Sandwich spec. ham & cheese " "hot or cold?""kind of cheese?". "I'll check". 1 ordered Nashville Chix- request grilled order came breaded & fried. Fountain sodas were FLAT, no carbonation. Being only customers at noon, feel 3 star is being generous.

  Mj party was a hit! (I know it doesn’t look it in the first picture but trust it was amazing) bartenders were super nice.
