  They messed up my order hash brown was missing and the specialty drinks weren’t even made correctly. the woman at the second window said there was nothing they could do and I asked for a refund and she refused. Never coming back again

  Ordered no salt fries, bacon qpc with affons, large half cut tea. Got unsweetened tea, saltiest fries I’ve ever had (and i usually get salt), and bacon qpc was missing the addons i paid for. Also no sauces that i ordered. I guess the strategy is to not order what you want because that’s not what you’ll get lololol

  The Manager that was working the drive thru this past weekend grabbed the lemons for our tea with his bare hands. The same hands that touched the money in the register. SO GROSS! I Brought the tea back in and told them what happened, he said "Yes, I did that" like it was normal or something. The female Manager said "What? Why?" Even the hourly employees aka kids, knew better. Nasty!

  Waited over 20minutes for our food rude employee argued with me about how long it had been even though I literally had my receipt & was rude to us the entire time we were there. The food tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile not fresh & the cheeseburger we ordered was missing cheese.

  Was a decent location at first, but has really gone down the tubes. I mean, it’s McDonald’s; I’m not expecting 5 star dining. But fresh fries and a correct order shouldn’t be too much to ask. Zero quality control at this location. Employees are all rude. I went there for lunch this week: got no fries and drink was wrong. Gave them another chance tonight. Fries were ice cold and inedible. Will be avoiding this location going forward.
