  Easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to anywhere in the country. The service is terrible, none of the employees even speak, they are very slow, and I keep thinking it's going to change but I realized the owners/managers really just don't care. I guess I shouldn't expect Much out of McDonald's or any fast food restaurants, but just when I thought the fast food scene in Saint Charles couldn't get worse, I've been proven wrong.

  A bigger woman behind me in the drive thru in a blue Hyundai SUV was yelling obscenities at me from her window for causing traffic (we were the only two people in the drive thru and I was asked to pull forward to their last window). Genuinely feel bad for the workers here because every customer interaction I’ve seen here has been so unpleasant. Go to a different location to avoid the crazy people who are so desperate to push people for a breakfast sandwich lol

  We came inside and the kiosk were not working. We stood up front for a while no one came. Then tried to call for someone and no one came. Stepped pasted the ipening to be seen by three workers asked if they were open. Noone still came. They obviously did not want our business. They were not vusy at the time. There were only three people there sitting and talking amd only 3 cars in the drove thrpugh while we were there. I have seen more and more mcdonalds having this problem. If you do not care for customer service then I think I will stop going to Mcdonalds.

  I went here to pick up my coworkers and i’s lunch and I waited until i got the ‘ready’ notification before leaving. I STILL had to wait my ENTIRE lunch break for our orders. Not only that, i tried to flag someone down for help not once but TWICE on where My order was. The first guy snubbed me and walked away, the second was a lady who tried to wave me and the rest of the line of 4 other people that had formed in the (at this point) last 20 minutes over to the ordering machines before one of us went “no, we want YOU to help us.” I tell her about my missing order. Turns out they ‘never received it’ and had to check my phone 3 times to make sure i ACTUALLY ordered it, like why? This entire situation took LITERALLY MY ENTIRE LUNCH BREAK + ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. I did the thing that is supposed to be fast and makes things easy for them, and your employees cant even do their job and check front of house? Just because you dont have product to restock at this specific location, like a soda station or napkins, doesnt mean you can ignore that part of your restaurant. Retrain your staff or hire people that will do their job. Also, our fries weren’t even salted?!
