  Some of the crappiest service ever. Took my breakfast order and money then at the window told me I was too late. Refused to give me a refund at that time. Snotty, rude and full of lies. There is no phone number to call (online # goes to an auto repair shop.) No owner name, shady as all get out.

  Drive thru, waited for 3 cars to drive up and go through one side of the drive thru before I was finally waied on rudely by an un pleasant female voice. Same at the window. Seemed like a bother for the gentleman to wait on me. Very shitty experience

  This location you should avoid. They have a hands-off approach. No one works the front. No one says a word in any language. They are never busy but take forever to get orders out...wrong and incomplete. You may NEVER get help if needed after they toss your order in the shelves for pick up. If they have management...you would never know.

  I just wanted to give a quick shout out to the 10 O’clock crew there was a mistake with my order and I ended up waiting for a while for my order. The manager was very nice about the whole thing got my food right away and comped me for my wait. A lot of people would leave a bad review but the way the staff was so helpful and nice about getting me my food after the mess up was amazing and definitely will be coming back. Had never been to that location at night before thankful they were able to help me in such a timely matter. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🗣️ Thank guys

  I went thru the drive thru and ordered a biscuit sandwich and paid with cash. They gave me my change and order at the same time. I put the change in the bag so I did not hold up the line. when I got to work I found that they had shorted my change $5.12 and the biscuit was cold and rock hard. I tried calling all the numbers that I found online but they all go to a "Perfections Connection Automotive Care" so I have not been able to reach anyone by phone. I work an 16 hour shift and am not able to leave to go back up. So now I am shorted my change and out breakfast because I literally could not take a bite of the sandwich because it was so hard.
