  The service here is just absolutely horrendous. Don’t even bother with the drive thru. Half the time they don’t even respond.

  I went through the drive thru and ordered my lunch. They did not give me one of my 20 piece chicken nuggets. When I returned to get my order right, the line in the drive thru was long so I went inside. Was COMPLETELY ignored by staff. So I went thru drive thru again. At this time my food was cold so I asked for all of my food to be replaced. Now I would normally just deal with it but the rudeness was intolerable. I did apologize for asking for fresh food and explained why I wanted fresh. This person in the drive thru promised to replace everything. I handed my cold food to him, drove up to the next window. They put my old COLD food in with my 20 piece chicken nuggets. At this time I was too frustrated to even try again. I did call the number on the receipt…went to a voicemail for a totally different company. There are some fantastic staff but either the owner or manager that was there at that time obviously did not care about customer service. I have heard other people have the same experience.

  TLDR: Long drive-through wait with not many cars plenty of employees. Three errors in one order including two missing items and overall low quality of food. Front counter has been removed and contact with customers and employees have been limited. Official number on Google is no longer correct and there is no way to contact the store or management without going back there physically Arrived before 8pm, there was another car in the other drive-through lane being helped, and I had to wait until they were completely done to be greeted. During the order, she did not ask what sauces I wanted with my five dollar meal, but I specified I wanted ranch and I saw her ringing up on the screen, including an extra one. The drive-through wait time was a little extra long It felt like for there only being three cars in the drive-through. At the window, she gave me my food, and I noticed that it was in a very small bag and didn’t look large enough. She also gave me a large drink instead of a small. There was also no receipt. I checked the bag and there were no fries. I told her and she wanted the bag back to check and when she checked it, she went and got the fries. Then I was about to pull out of the parking lot and I realized there was no ranch. So I had to come into the lobby and ask. In the lobby, there was already a lady waiting and there is no front counter anymore and no one stays at the front counter or checks so they were employees in the back working but no one was addressing front counter. That poor lady stayed there for about a full minute and a half before I Poked my head in the back to inquire. All she needed was a straw, but she had to wait for an employee to dig themselves out out of the back and come up and get her a straw. The chicken sandwich was also pretty average, patty wasn’t fresh or hot. Nuggets were also old but warm. Lastly When you go to call the store number it is not that number anymore and it goes to an automotive service. This is the official number listed in Google for the store itself. I had to call the McDonald’s complaint line to get feedback from the store, and there would have been no way to come back and get my order replaced without waiting at the front counter and coming back myself. They have outsourced the feedback and complaint line to somebody overseas. I want to make a note that while the person I spoke with did not speak the greatest English, they were very kind and they tried their best and it absolutely did work. They were able to take my feedback, although I am unsure of how they paraphrased it. They also did not read it back to me so I’m not sure if they got everything. And just for the sake of the honesty, I would like to add that I could hear some very loud conversation quite a lot of other voices in the background for the duration of the call. I do appreciate that I get to speak to a real person, in this age of AI, so overall the feedback process was not a big issue and I appreciate the efforts of the representative.

  Worst McDonald’s, 1st they said they didn’t have my mobile order, then I walk in and order from kiosk and they still manage to forget half my food. Worst service.
