  As a on the go business owner, using the app is my #1 way to order here. The only tweak I would say needs attention is the fact that modifications should paid attention to. I only order 2 things (caramel frappe, 2X caramel NO WHIP! Med fry. Whip seems to keep showing up more than I would like. But other than that, the service is great via drive thru.

  Never open, always do mobile app orders and they send me away claiming they can’t take orders, St. Charles area has the three worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Rude employees!

  I hadn’t eaten at McDonald’s in a while cause it felt like quality was down. Recently eating here it feels a bit better. Staff is also very kind. Messed my order a couple times but no biggie, it’s not a crazy percentage and also sometimes I’ve gotten an extra fry or something which is a nice bonus lol. Make to order also seems to make a difference in experience. Thanks!

  Sat in the drive-thru for an hour and nobody took our order. If they didn’t want to take our order they could’ve just said that rather than wasting our time waiting on somebody to take our order. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I visited McDonald’s at 11:53 PM on April 13th and had a very frustrating experience. When I arrived, there was already a long line, and a male employee at the window was informing customers that the wait time would be around 10 minutes. I decided to stay because I only wanted a simple ice cream cone. However, when I reached the drive-through speaker to place my order, no one responded at all. I waited there for several minutes without any acknowledgment. After already being in line for about 15 minutes, I eventually pulled up to the payment window since I had received no response. At that point, an employee poked his head out of the window and asked what my order was. I explained that I hadn’t been able to place one because no one answered at the speaker. Instead of helping resolve the situation, he told me, “Look, dude, you need to go back around in line and place your order.” I asked for his name, and he said it was Nathan. He was a light-skinned Black male—this is the only identifying information I have in case the name provided was not accurate. His tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. I had already waited 15 minutes, and being told to go back and wait another 15 minutes just to order a single ice cream cone was unreasonable. I even asked politely—essentially begging—for him to just take my payment and make the cone, but he refused. The level of disrespect I experienced was extremely disappointing. No customer should be treated that way, especially when they are being patient and simply trying to make a small purchase. Experiences like this are the reason I have started going to other fast-food chains and avoiding McDonald’s altogether.
