  I usually dont give one stars, but having ordered from here countless times over many, many years the results justify it. Ya see, I almost always find a reason to give at least 2-3 stars as part of any review bc (after calming down😉🤭), Ive realized the whole staff shouldn't be given a blanket poor score(if that happened to be poor part of my experience with that establishment*), it might just be that ONE. But having ordered here a 2-4 times a month over many years, I can definitively tell you that within those many orders, they have messed up my order 3 out of 4 times(if you want a ratio). Yaaa, BAD, but hey they keep giving me free pizzas. Meh, I order from other places too, not too life shattering. Tonight though... Back to the 1 star and the non-blanket judgment of their staff. It's simple: It hasn't been just one person messing up my orders. Multiple geniuses have. We know who makes our orders via the tracker. Tonight was the last straw and grace given(LOL, so dramatic 🤭). Nahhh fam, don't tell me this manager tonight is going to protect his delivery professional CALEB after leavingy food outside of my small apartment building?? The instructions I leave on your site(which now automatically populate the text prompt for leaving notes) clearly always state the door code and to leave it at the door. Y'all left it outside the door... OF MY APARTMENT BUILDING...IN THE COLD. WHO ASKS FOR THAT? 🤣 *Queue tumbleweed* Domino's, I was second hand embarrassed for y'all and this manager of yours who spent more time asking me to calm down(he knew what he was doing, evading the question) than answering my single question of "why outside in the cold?" While I laughed HYSTERICALLY the whole time. This SPINELESS ✌🏽Managers✌🏽 confident, arrogant, bewilderingly justified sounding answer?? 🤪"U sEd lEeV iT a' dUh doHr!" 🤪 ... .. . Wow. YIKES.

  Ordering online is super convenient and fast. The pizza was hot upon arrival and the restaurant was clean unlike other pizza restaurants.

  What happened to me at this store on Saturday night is absolutely outrageous. I went in to place an order for some pizzas, and I did not like the way the young man who served me looked at me—I don't know if it was because I am Latina and don't speak English very well. It isn't fair, because this is my favorite pizza chain, and I have been a customer for years. First, he couldn't find my account—and at that hour, he gave me such a nasty look. Then, after I had waited 30 minutes, I went inside only to find that my order wasn't ready; the young man actually tossed some chicken—which had been inside the oven—right onto some cardboard boxes. I consider this a complete lack of respect, especially since we customers place these orders trusting that the food is being handled properly. Not only that, but he used the exact same glove to touch the computer keyboard as he did to handle the food—what a horror! In conclusion: the service was abysmal. I went in looking forward to eating my favorite pizzas, but I left empty-handed and having been treated very poorly. People like this shouldn't be working in these establishments if they don't enjoy dealing with the public.

  I used to regularly get dominoes, but this one is so understaffed that it takes and extra hour and a half ontop of the over 45 minutes for a pizza this is insane.
