  Terrible experience… they close their doors early all the time. And the manager is so rude does not help her staff. Her line worker requested for help several times on a busy night. She proceeded to sit on her butt and ignore him. Finally after the 3rd time of him asking for help she yelled at him. Not to mention they are alway out of stuff. The food management needs to be better. This place use to be so good. Not anymore. To the kid in the blonde ponytail keep up the good work. You deserve better. I’d let this manager go she’s ruining this establishment… UPDATED RESPONSE TO CHIPOTLES COMMENT: Thank you for one of your automated robotic responses, but I will not be contacting you guys I already have and you did nothing.

  Why is this location always inconsistent..I come up and hour before close and the doors are locked? No note on the door, nothing. Tried placing an online order food is not being made, due to status never being updated.

  It’s 9pm, the doors say they are open until 11pm and the website says they are open until 11pm. When I went to go in, both doors were locked and a lady working there looked out the door at me and then went to the back. I don’t understand why they are closed early. I can find somewhere else, but the hours are stated as being open until 11pm.

  Consistently a dirty, slow and poor food quality location. Most recently placed an online order that was ready AN HOUR AND 20 MIN LATER. Unacceptable. Chipotle you need to figure it out and get this location in shape. 2.7 stars is laughable.

  I had a pretty mixed experience here. Most of the staff were actually really friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the black woman serving the rice, beans, and protein gave extremely small portions of steak compared to what I usually get, and it felt inconsistent and a bit frustrating. I don’t mind paying for good food, but the portions should match the price and be consistent across customers. Overall, the service from the rest of the team was great, but the portioning on the main item definitely needs improvement. Edit: I also got home and noticed, I saw the bowl she gave me was the very bottom one and it must've been getting rubbed against the table because it was extremely dirty. This is extremely unprofessional for her to have given me the very bottom bowl honestly disgusting. Never coming back here. Shout out to all the other workers though
