  Wow.. Worst phone "AI" ever! If you have an issue at this location, which you most certainly will because.. just look at the reviews, good luck trying to call the location to speak with a manager. Chipotle's new automated phone answering system only promises to make matters worse and totally frustrate you by the fact that it will not let you reach a manager no matter what you say. And as a matter of fact, it won't even respond properly to the things you do say. It will often say you can do your orders online or it can take your order on the phone when you aren't trying to order anything and you don't even say the word "order". It's abysmal, it's lazy, and it's proof that they do not have the customer's happiness in mind all. Save your money; learn to make burritos and tacos and all that stuff at home. It's super easy to batch cook and meal prep that stuff so that when you get home you're just doing a quick heat up in an air fryer or microwave or oven. Don't waste your money at a corporation that clearly doesn't care about you at all.

  Young man who finished assembling my burrito was not having a good day, no smile, minimum words. This place is discussing inside with for residue caked everywhere.

  Everyone was rude didn’t even get to order anything they walked a guy out the front door because he was frustrated that he had to wait more than 20 minutes for someone to get attitude at him and say orders that had just come in the online ordering had more of a priority than a customer standing there for 20 minutes there were more than six people standing around customer service was terrible and threatened to fight the customer that had been upset

  Thank god for Jersey Mike’s next door. This place is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. At 5PM, even before the dinner rush they were out of all beans, half the proteins, 2 salsas. When I got to the front of the line the rude one in charge announced they were ONLY taking Mobile orders through the app. They turned everyone else away because they were “overwhelmed.” Place is dirty and a health hazard too. Employees taking trash out and taking payment and not changing gloves. Will not be returning.

  Very surprised by how much the lady/cashier is nickleing and diming every single thing. They give way too small portions for rice and I had to ask for extra even though I told him I was getting a double meat burrito bowl to share with my husband... there was barely enough rice for one person on there. We do this all the time and normally we love the bowls we get but not from this location! Next, they charged me for the side of beans that I got even though we didn't get any beans on the burrito. So those were just supposed to come with it. I don't mind paying extra for tortillas but charging me extra for something that's supposed to come on there is just shady. I ended up paying for an extra side of rice so that I would have enough food, which is also fine. But please stop charging people for things that are supposed to come on the burrito!
