- CSChris Stephens6 days ago1.0Are you looking for fast and friendly service with fresh, delicious food? Go somewhere else. This place is an absolute nightmare and ran by nothing but rowdy and obnoxious 18-21 year olds who are mostly without a manager watching them. This leads to a disgusting mess on the line (where they make the food), and generally slow and rude service. Employees can be heard loudly joking around and cussing whenever customers are standing on the line waiting to be served. Whenever they do finally make it to you, they are rude, and you can tell that they would rather NOT be doing their job. Tonight’s visit was met with an overly-dramatic sigh whenever my girlfriend asked the employee for a burrito. They had no white rice, no tortillas, no steak, no barbacoa. It is a poorly-ran establishment. They were also completely breaking down the restaurant to be closed 2 hours before closing time. Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food restaurants to visit. This one, however, has almost put me off of the entire organization.

The guy always knocks some off the spoon and then wants to charge more for extra chicken. What a joke! Do you know how much chicken I could buy for $13 at the grocery store? Chipotle gets their chicken much cheaper than we do from their food supplier. The rest of the Bowl don’t cost them hardly anything aside from the cheese. They charge you extra for guacamole! So what’s the point of skimping on the chicken?
- VTVlad TJul 17, 20261.0I saw an employee wipe their runny nose with their gloved hand and continue making a burrito 🤮 Another time I saw an employee washing the inside of the glass over the food by spraying windex, with Windex droplets landing in the food. There have been multiple other examples of employees being careless. Not eating here anymore.
