Very nice and clean CFA. I would recommend coming to this location based on area alone, it’s close to a lot of other places if you have picky eaters.

Don't attempt to have a one-on-one conversation with me because my food is not ready. There are five cars behind me and the employee wants to strike up a personal conversation.

Placed an online order at 10am.m, funds were immediately removed from my account. Ok that’s normal. Pulled up to the MOBILE DRIVE THRU that had 6-8 cars in line (obviously wasn’t able to get to the scan in before 10:30am) because the workers there are slow. Breakfast doesn’t end until 10:30am. Finally get to the scan in and can’t scan because it’s AFTER 10:30 (again not my fault). Someone finally comes to my window, asks what my name is, tells me to hold on, comes back to my window and asks for my name again, tells me “let me go ring you up so we can start on your order”, brings me the receipt, comes back and says “We’re sold out of all our breakfast items” like????? & then I go in to ask how long a refund will be and they say 3-5 days. Lmao this place is a joke. Anywhere else but here is best! Idk if it was because of our skin color or what but it was like they absolutely did not care. But anyways, we ended up going to small sliders 10000/10. Will never be this place again unless I’m in the mood for problems!

This was one of the worst management experiences I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A. The drive-thru was already poorly managed, with employees taking orders far back in the line and creating unnecessary congestion. I made a simple comment about moving the line forward, and another customer began yelling and cussing at me. What should have happened next was simple: management should have stepped in, de-escalated the situation, and handled it professionally. Instead, the manager in the green shirt became confrontational with me and spoke to me with an attitude. That is not leadership. A manager’s job is to control the situation, remain professional, and keep things from escalating—not jump into the conflict and make it worse. I do not expect a manager to take my side, but I absolutely expect one to act professionally and treat customers with respect. That did not happen. Then, after all of that, I was given the wrong food, had to turn around, and my child’s chocolate milk was still missing. The incorrect order was frustrating, but the management response was the bigger issue. Poor leadership turned an already frustrating situation into a completely unacceptable customer experience. Chick-fil-A has built its reputation around customer service, and this location fell well short of that standard.
