  We didn't know that someone tried to hack our debit card so the bank locked it. The server and manager were so sympathetic, they arranged our order so we would still be able to afford it with what we had. Everything tasted wonderful and we will definitely be back!

  We are from out of town We came on a Thursday around 3pm to watch and watch the World Cup game The place was busy only had one server on the floor name Brooklyn !!!!!!! Despite only her running the floor she did such and amazing job !! She was very attentive despite her having to run around it’s crazy that they won’t hire more personnel I’m only writing this review to say Brooklyn is an amazing server and should be patted on the back thank you for a wonderful experience!

  We visited on a Wednesday night when the restaurant was busy, but slowing down, but unfortunately the service we received was very disappointing. Our server, Chastity, took a long time to greet our table and was inattentive throughout our visit. We started by ordering drinks, mozzarella sticks, and queso, which took about 20 minutes to arrive. After a different staff member delivered the food, it was another 15 minutes before Chastity returned to check on us, take our orders, and put in an additional appetizer order. When we requested drink refills, she brought refills for three of the four people at our table and said she would be right back with the fourth. However, it took almost 20 more minutes for that refill to arrive. During that time, we saw her standing by the soda machine on FaceTime on her phone. When she finally returned with the refill, she asked us again what appetizer we had ordered, suggesting that the order had not been placed. From the time we placed the second appetizer order, it took almost 40 minutes for the mozzarella sticks to arrive. By the time we received our second round of appetizers, we had already been at the restaurant for about an hour and a half. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of both my time and money. We paid for bottomless appetizers that we were not able to fully enjoy because of the excessive wait times and poor service.

  My boyfriend and I went on a Wednesday night. It was busy but not crazy. Our server Chasity forgot about us several times. It took 20 minutes for me to receive my drink. It took my boyfriend 3 attempts of asking for ranch before he got it and by that time, his food was cold. We then waited for 40 minutes to see our server again to get our check and a box while we could see her standing by the soda machine on her phone, laughing and showing a coworker something funny on her phone. When she finally brought us the check, all she said was “box?” then ran off again. Very displeased with the entire experience and will not be returning to this location.
