  We waited for about 5 minutes in an empty lobby until someone behind the bar who had was taking online orders had to stop the phone and come and help us find a table because the hostess had disappeared. We sat out on the patio and the server came out and ignored us. It was us and one other group. Two more groups came out about 5 minutes later and sat down and the same server came out and immediately started talking to them and took their order and completely ignored us. Even though she made eye contact. We followed her inside to ask if we could place an order and she walked away from us and looked disgusted. We had literally had no interaction with her to cause this. We finally talked to the manager to explain what would have happened and he had no clue what we were talking about. It was a horrible experience and we left without ever ordering food. We will not go back.

  Went for dinner around 545-6pm. Our food was very good and our server Keith was even better. Some of the best service we’ve received in a long time. Thanks Keith!

  Tonight seemed pretty rough, not sure what exactly happened if they have a whole different crew or what but the blue long Island was terrible, didn't even drink it. I'm assuming Tabitha has the night off. Waited forever for food only to have the cauliflower wings be cold, asked for beer cheese for the pretzel bites and got blue cheese. Was told the manager was going to come out only to wait 10 minutes and have to ask him to come out, Dustin looked like a deer in headlights just standing there. Other parties around us were missing food, waiting on hot fries only for the rest of their meal to come out warmed or cold. Absolutely a disgrace. Won't be coming back for a bit, or at least until they straighten this out.

  I just started eating at Buffalo wild wings this probably make the third time The service was unsurprisingly great. My food was so good The fries I could not stop eating I ate more fries then wings and everything was hot and fresh I could not believe it it was just a wonderful experience overall

  This is my 2nd time ordering through online and having a missed up order when requesting a refund the take my information but never gets processed through so don't expect a refund back they have done this twice already. A place to recommend for online order don't recommend but dinning in always had a great experience.
