  They always get my order wrong. Wrong drink, wrong size, wrong sandwich, didn’t give me the donut I ordered. I don’t know what’s going on, but every time I go, it feels like they spin a wheel to decide what I’m getting. At this point, ordering feels less like placing an order and more like participating in a surprise challenge. I ordered a specific meal and somehow received the Dunkin’ equivalent of a mystery box 😂 I’m not even mad anymore. I’m just impressed with the consistency that they manage to mess up every time

  If I could do 0 stars I would. They are very rude and don’t take your order properly. I’ve ordered the same drink there 20 times and it’s never consistent. The workers tend to get very rude when you question why it’s never made properly! DO NOT RECOMMEND! 7 Brew is the way to go or Starbucks! Don’t waste your money here.

  i wish there was a way to to give zero stars. i have never done an online order here but wish i didnt. i waited forever to get my order and finally went in they forgot to give me my food. it sat there and got cold. when my drink was ready the lady was so rude and all she said was were you waiting for this. everyone there was really nice but she was extremely rude. they also forgot my donut and went back in and didn’t even get sprinkles on my donut🥲. this is the worst customer service i’ve EVER experienced..
