    Choking hazard. I’ve been here a few times. The first time I went was only a few days after they opened. The drive through worker was very nice, but the manager (I’m assuming) that was talking to him was very rude and condescending while talking to him. When I got my drink, it wasn’t even close to all the way full (attached picture). I didn’t say anything because they were so overwhelmed and I felt bad since they’d just opened. I went a few other times and my coffee was good. Their munchkins are not the best. Very cakey and very little glaze, so I got the full size donuts instead, which were better. Today I went and got my usual coffee, and went home. About halfway through drinking it, I felt something stuck in my throat. I had to reach in and pull it out, and when I got it out, and it was a piece of plastic with the texture of caulk. (Picture attached) Now I’m wondering if I had already swallowed some of that and didn’t notice. I probably won’t be getting any drinks there anymore, and definitely be careful if you’re getting drinks for your kids.

    This is the second time I've been to this location and it will probably be the last. I mobil ordered for drive-thru pickup and when I got there there was 1 car ahead of me. It took a good while for them to get the one item they ordered so when I got to the window I expected it to all be prepared and ready. It was and my entire order was in the arms of the lady working drive-thru, literally. 2 iced coffees sitting on top of 2 sandwiches and donuts and they were all in her arms and she was frantically shoving each item at me. Not an ounce of friendliness, horrible customer service. Not only that but the bags were crumpled and my sandwiches were cold, not even remotely warm at all. It was the weirdest and worst service I've ever had. The crazy thing is that there was only the one car ahead of me, one car behind and one in the parking lot. If I hadn't been pressed for time because I had errands to run out of town then I would have went in and complained. I will probably still call management because that experience was awful and no one else should have to be treated with such awful service. They keep this behavior up and thay buisness will not do well. Hire people who can do the job and are friendly and customers will comeback.

    This place is amazing, I see other people complaining about wait times here but honestly I think those people must’ve just been going when it was still brand new and packed all the time or during rush times. I’ve been going for about a week now, and let me preface by saying, I’ve ordered twice in person and every other time on the app. I have no wait on the app, I order and get there within 5-10 minutes and everything is ready for me! When I did order in person, I mean they had to prep the stuff so it’ll take a few minutes but not too long and I never went when it was super busy, like at most 5 others were in the lobby. The atmosphere here is amazing, it’s still a brand new place so they’re still figuring stuff out, but overall I’ve loved it! The old John Silvers was kind of an eyesore.. on top of other stores in the area, like Wendy’s and Arby’s, where staff is either super rude and soulless or food is not exactly good. I’ve had an amazing experience with everyone and everything here, the store itself looks so much better, very quaint and cozy. The staff is all super nice and helpful, they also seem to enjoy their job a lot. Oh and the food, the food is great, I’m sure they can overcook this or burn that every now and then, who doesn’t.. But overall the food is always amazing and is super fresh, no complaints from me! Sure we didn’t NEED another coffee place, but let’s be honest, Dunkin Donuts belongs in Rolla more than any of these other places it just fits, nice and snug, like the final piece of a puzzle. So at the end of the day, I truly believe that Rolla runs on Dunkin, never forget. 🕊️

    I would stick to the drive-thru if you want a chance of getting a drink order made in under 40 minutes. The music is also blasting if you go inside. If you have an order they aren't used to making yet, it may be deleted serendipitously. No, I don't really believe it was on purpose. It was frustrating nonetheless.

    The people who work here are really sweet and seemed to genuinely be excited about opening day! Brightened my day and the food was supa yummy and so were the donuts <3 update: I pulled through today with my kitties in the car after their vet appointment and was offered pup cups for them ❤️ they loved having a bit of whipped cream and I think it’s safe to say they won’t mind going to the vet anymore after their sweet treat. The employees here are awesome :)
