- VBVictoria Britton2 days ago3.0So I placed two online orders for pickup yesterday. The first was supposed to be done at 1:10 pm. I received the order at 1:15. No big deal. The second order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 1:30 pm. I sat in the restaurant waiting until a few minutes past 2:00 pm when it was finally done. The drinks for the second order sat on the counter from 1:15 pm until 2:00 pm. I requested new drinks and the waitress was kind enough to oblige. I have no complaints about the employees (she checked several times to see if the order was done) or food, but if you are going to say a pick up will be ready at a certain time, make sure it IS READY for pickup at that time. I was one of three people waiting for pickup orders past the time they were supposed to be ready for pickup.

There were only 3 other tables in the whole restaurant on a Friday night, so they weren’t too busy. And then manager got an attitude when I pointed out the wait and said “when you get bottomless apps you gotta wait longer.”

She was attentive without being overbearing, made sure everything came out exactly right, and checked in at all the perfect times. What really stood out was her attitude—genuinely friendly, patient, and professional the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about giving guests a great experience, and it absolutely shows. It made our visit so much more enjoyable. Kmya is an absolute delight and a standout waitress. Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have her!
