  This was my first time ever visiting 7 Brew, and unfortunately, I probably won’t return to the Rolla location. I had placed an order through the app that morning and then went to the location to pick it up. When I pulled up, I was greeted by a really nice employee who helped with my order. While my drinks were being made, another employee—a lady in a pink shirt, pony tail with winged eyeliner—came over and said, “For future reference, you do not need to add decaf to the Birthday Cake Shake,” and then abruptly walked back inside. The employee who was helping me outside apologized tremendously for the interaction. I explained that I had never been to 7 Brew before and simply wanted to make sure the drink was decaf because it was for my nephew. Overall, the drinks were very tasty, and the employee who helped me outside was wonderful. However, after placing an order of nearly $50, I definitely didn’t expect my first experience to include being spoken to that way. A little kindness and patience with first-time customers goes a long way. Hopefully that particular employee can work on how she communicates with customers.

  They’re so quick. I’ve been to multiple 7 brew stands and this is my favorite one by far.

  Great atmosphere as you pull up! Even greater service with the best cold drink! Come through and get a 7brew energy at your rolla Mo 7brew

  I spend way too much money here! But the coffee is great, the employees are nice and knowledgeable, and the service is usually pretty quick.

  I absolutely love 7brew. The team here in rolla is amazing and I love all their drinks even the ones they suggest!! I was a die hard Dutch bro person but since moving to Missouri. 7brew kicks them
