  I do not like the app. I placed my order. Doesn’t let you pay on the app. & when I got there my QSR code didn’t work and I had to replace my order anyways. But I loveeee 7brew.

  Never had a bad experience here, have been to a few different locations but the location is Rolla is my favorite. The people are always so friendly and energetic and I've never had a drink that I didn't like or that they didn't make sound super good.

  There was a little confusion with paying cash for the drink. Please keep in mind i am not upset or mad in anyway. I was told one price when assumed i was paying by card, when i was told i was paying cash i was told a cheaper price due to the penny rounding. When i actually paid, it was for the original price because pennies were available. If were rounding then stay with the rounding regardless of if pennies are available or not. Todays society i can clearly see others getting upset over the "technically miscommunication" of pricing, and lets be real, your employees do not need that kind of hassle from grown adults looking to make trouble. Other than that my service was great and our drinks were perfect! The team did very very well!

  Have to edit worst experience ever and I go to 7 brew alot Kennedy did not take the order correctly we paid brought order wrong drinks and instead of taking them back like any other restaurant and making the right ones they said we have to reorder pay again and wait on a refund for the mistake made by employees worst experience ever and I have drank alot of 7 brew makes me really want to never return i guess Starbucks here I come just overall horrible experience and don't understand the logic on this.

  Good help is hard to find and this place is no expectation. Lazy lazy lazy. I ordered my drink with light ice. Handed me my drink with a full cup of ice. I politely let them know I ordered light ice. She takes my cup they scooped out ice and literally threw unflavored fizz on top and left it like that. Which makes the drink taste bland. I am a loyal consumer and I do alot of traveling but this is by far one of the laziest locations I have visited. If I had come to this location first I wouldnt want to try another 7 brew. If u ask yes my drink sucked and it cost me over 5 dollars. Do better or get better.
