  Last order no drink. Ok one mistake. This order a double cheese burger was missed and I got a single cheese burger with no toppings. Grubhub delivery.

  Always a 20 minute to 30 minute wait and then they tell you to get over it. The GM doesn’t even care. She basically said oh well we’re short staffed and then the food is also wrong and sloppy

  The sonic Mango peach sparkling refresher has no taste. It was a waste of my money and a big let down. Don't buy it.

  The wife and I went to this Sonic location and after ordering our food, it took roughly 35 minutes to get our order, when we pulled in there were only 4 cars in the booths and no one in the drive thru. When we got our food, it was as if it had just been sitting for 20 minutes as it was cold. During our extended stay while waiting for our food, we had seen about 8 people order, and leave without every getting their food since it was taking so long, the drive thru was moving faster than the booths, but not by much, people in the drive thru were still waiting in excess of 20 minutes. This same thing happened the last time we went to this location, so thinking it may have just been a one off and that it can't possibly be like that normally, we decided to try it again and our low expectations were still massively let down.

  If I could give no stars I would. I spent 52.00 and the drinks I received were flat they tasted just like syrup. So I called to let them know and the girl I spoke with was very rude. She said since you ordered with a third party I’d have to call them. I ordered of their app. Then I asked to be placed on a list just to replace my 5 drinks I had and she was like “NO” I won’t! Worst customer service I’ve ever had.
