Arrived to find that they did not make the sandwich or my espresso because they’re out of tomatoes. This has happened repeatedly and then the people working in the Sandwich station wander off and are not even at their work station.

After picking up the order and returning to my workplace, I realized the cookies were missing. My colleague called the store to ask about it, but she was told that since there was “no proof” the cookies were missing, the store would not do anything. Both the receipt and the tags I received said “1 Box.” There should have been two boxes in total—one box of cookies and one box of bagels. This appears to have been a mistake in the store’s own check/packaging process. My workplace had been using this location for (at least) over a year, but I was very disappointed with how it was handled.
