Went to Pointers around 6:50 pm and ordered a 14'pepperoni pizza for my family,talked the worker ,who was a heavy set guy (with glasses)like myself,had a decent conversation with him about how I used to come to Pointers a long time ago and explained to him that it was really good,so my family and I decided to get some tonight for dinner,my pizza was made(it was charred,but we decided it was ok)..So with that being said,my daughter got off work and decided she liked the way 'our' pizza looked and wanted to take one home herself for dinner.. Well,my daughter and myself came back to order her one(double pepperoni for herself and her family) cause as stated she liked how mines was prepared,so she paid for her pizza and waited like any normal patron would.It wasn't 20 minutes good the gentleman who waited on myself prior as well as as my daughter (who mine you had just gotten off of work) told my daughter that her pizza was ready,so she walks to the car to check her pizza instead of inside the store to find that the worker had taken the pizza out the oven to soon so the cheese looked like it had just started to melt and wasn't crispy it should have been,so I stated to my daughter that I would ask him if he could cook it a little longer as I am asking him if he could place the in the oven a little longer,he started getting agitated stating ,once it's out the store we can't put it back in the oven,so proceeded to ask him if my daughter could get her money because and he than stated to me(her father),"You didn't pay for it she did (my daughter)and I am like sir,you just had casual conversation with me and now you got an attitude,but I will let her know so she can come back in and receive her refund,so when my daughter came back the guy that made the pizza started getting belligerent with her stating"so your pizza wasn't right and my daughter stated to him"No,so I would like to have my refund back,he than goes on to tell her,"I guess I can give you your refund back,and than my daughter stated to him"Oh, I am going to get my refund and he yelled at her saying,What did you say to me and my daughter stated you're going to give me refund and when he did,he rudely place the money on his(which when she paid for the pizza,she placed the money in his hand which we have rised all our children to be polite and respectful),but then the guy continued to ranted and that's when I heard my daughter say," I don't know who he thinks he's talking to the way he's talking me,but you don't have to Ever worry about me,my family or any of my friends/associates to patronize your restaurant ever , because you don't talk to customers like that and if the food is not correct you and company should apologize and take care of the problem/situation as best as you can and not be disrespectful to a customer who was trying to relive a time when we patronize and bought pizza from a local shop that we thought in tentative to customers as well as their customer service, will not return Ever and this was a first for my daughter since she was child,but TRUE LAST for myself,my family, and friends/associates..I will Never refer anyone to your place of business, because first and foremost your customer service needs to make a 360 and treat Every and anyone better especially when a situation is not right and can be corrected in a short amount of time.. Communication is the key and a Apology is All it takes...🤨😡😤
