Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
People are nice, but took like 30 minutes to get our food out and we were the only car there. We ordered a salad, a patty melt and a spicy chicken sandwich.

Every time I'm here there is a man who makes sure my food is quality and that the employees are held to a high standard. My friend waited a long time for his food and got a free cookie and brownie for the trouble. Great service every time, food tastes fresh.

Me and my wife decided to come here and dine inside, huge disappointment! Young people running this place need immediate training on how to give great customer service, okay let's try just giving customer service! Absolutely horrible attitudes, disregard to customers requesting help, and ignoring requests for someone to help with our order! One employee actually talked, when I asked if there was someone to help us with our order, but replied, I am not even on the clock yet. What in the world does that have anything to do with trying to help a customer with their order? I own and operate my own business and I can tell you that kind of attitude and terrible service would shut my doors fast!
Customers pay the business expenses and keep employee's paid! Major overhaul needed here! We won't be coming back, plenty of other establishments to choose from.

Dudes, c'mon. I hate being a Karen, but this is the only food joint open late enough for me to grab a bite when i'm off work, and now my order has been completely wrong not the last one, not two, not three, but five times I've come through consecutively. Waited forever to get a Whataburger around here, and I've been disappointed every time. Do better nightshift.
