  Spent $40 on dinner, which included 3 diet cokes, one with vanilla added. Asked for a ranch, groovy sauce and a ketchup. Got our food with no sauce or ketchup, none of our 3 drinks were marked to know which was the one with vanilla. Called back in, “Nola” came out with our new vanilla Diet Coke and our sauces and ketchup and was very rude. Stated “give me back the other drink.” My daughter handed it to her. I asked why don’t they mark the drink that’s different, and was very rude and said “because we have a new person and we’re training him!” Well they should train him to mark the drinks. This has often happened at this location that the drinks aren’t marked. I asked her who the general manager is and Nola told me she is. I hope she isn’t because I would think a general manager would act much more professional and cordial to guests. There are several fast food choices here in Republic so I would recommend spending your money at one that has a manager friendlier than Nola. We weren’t rude or frustrated when we called back in and asked for what we ordered so it was completely uncalled for to be treated that way.

  I pulled into sonic today to get a drink and some food and when the carhop came out she told me that there was a big black snack right by my front tire. She told me she was going to try and grab it so she could get it away from my vehicle. When she tried to grab it, it crawled up underneath my vehicle. She ran inside and told her manager and he said he didn’t think it would be able to get in the cab of my vehicle. She came back out and told me what he said and gave me some advice (I am shaking at this point because I’m terrified of snakes!!!) I just wanted to say that the girl at sonic was so amazing and handled the situation so perfectly! She deserves a raise!!!
