  Order wasn't right. Wait time was over 35 minutes longer that quoted when I I had already waited 25 minutes after I placed order and the 35 was what I wait at PizzaHut

  Ordered a pizza online, got to the store and was told they had never received the order, despite my card being charged. Went home, ordered delivery, once again after an hour waiting was told they "didn't receive an order".

  NOTE TO THOSE SEEKING A TRENDING “CLASSIC PIZZA HUT” RETRO EXPERIENCE: The salad bar we were hoping for has been removed. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Super clean dining area. There were checkered (vinyl) table clothes, retro booths with retro “Pizza Hut” Tiffany style lamps. Extremely polite table service. No jukebox. Food was served in a timely manner & was well cooked, perfect temps. There are several pastas on the menu, with the supreme meat one tasting very similar to OG cavatini.

  I ordered online and picked up I ordered a stuffed crust chicken and white sauce pizza for me and my son I even asked for EXTRA sauce and when we got home the pizza looked and tasted terrible there was NO sauce and my son said it tasted like cardboard this was a terrible experience

  This may be shown twice. The first review disappeared. The driver was the only good thing. The order came on time and he was helpful and courteous. The food was good but tasted like it sat under heat lamp all day. Very dried out, making bread sticks tough, sausage and pepporonies were dried out and cheese was tough. Hoping they get more training. I hate that it has gone down hill so much.
