  Very polite staff, clean restrooms, excellent food, perfect Oreo matcha! Overall one of the better Dunkin Donuts I've been to (and I've been all over the US by now).

  I love the Butter Pecan iced coffee = 5 ⭐️! I dislike the policy of only one order in the drive thru per vehicle = 1 ⭐️! Those ratings is why I chose to leave a 3 ⭐️ review. I could understand the one order in the drive thru per vehicle if there were multiple vehicles. However, today, it was only my vehicle and they absolutely wouldn’t allow me to place a 2nd order. I even got to the window, paid, and picked up my order with no other vehicles coming in behind me. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  I have been a loyal Dunkin customer for months and almost a third of the time they get my order wrong forgetting something or giving me the wrong donuts or wrong size despite ordering a large every time. The worst was when I thought I had scanned a $24 order in store to get points for boosted status hearing the beep only to realize “nope it didn’t go through” and I was like five away. I went in today excited because Yay I’m two away from boosted and Monday is extra points online aaand they had another extra points in the app cause sometimes they do that. Get there at 7:07 and there is a sign on the door that says sorry we close at 7 now. What? Why? I was literally there Wednesday and ya’ll closed at 8:00 then! I’m very very unhappy.

  Will always be my favorite drink stop. All of the driver thru team members I have met, have always been so nice and friendly. Highly recommend.
