The employees made order after order for the drive through, and after watching her make the 3rd order, we asked if we need to drive through in order to place an order for ice cream. She said no, and continued to fill another drive through coffee order. We waited another 5 minutes and finally left. The inside of the store was completely empty except for us.

Also it must of slipped their mind that there was a total separate ice cream on the order. What got delivered to me was a naked banana split , no banana and the separate single scoop that was also ordered on top of the naked split. Who are we kidding this was no split. This was a cry for help. This has “ train me on inventory “ all over it. So yeah if you were thinking about it I would call ahead to make sure they have anything at all in stock.

He just sat down as in we were invading his mopping time or something and was glaring at us the whole time we were in there. We started looking at the ice creams and they only had about 10-12 flavors. Somebody had told me they used to have 31 flavors. Very disappointing experience... But even the woman who was working to take our order, was all tired and did NOT look pleased to see us. We only received a vErY small amount of ice cream in our single scoop cups and it was just overall disappointing. The total came to about 7 dollars for just two scoops of ice cream.. Once we left, we agreed that we should have just turned around and left the moment we walked in.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
