  I hate to leave this kind of a review because ive been in the customer service industry a long time and I get how it can be but.. my latest experience was pretty awful.. i went tonight and had a really small order. My husband tried to ask a question about a meal deal and even politely repeated himself and the girl just straight up was not listening and was rushing him through the order with nobody behind us.. Was shoving things through the window at the drive through with no manners whatsoever, no even mild attempt at displaying a kind face. Shoved sodas out with "here". We were asked to oull around the corner because they were waiting on something, but when the food came out it was with the same lack of manners, didnt included the sauces we asked for, between a large and extra large fry, it was all crispy cold bits, and only filled halfway up- no joke. Not a single curly fry. The steak bites weren't even lukewarm.. and somehow my sandwich ended up being cold too. For 40 dollars i dont think ill ever come back to this arbys..

  The restaurant was super clean. Everyone that worked there was super kind and nice. The food was nice and hot and did not take long.

  Chicken tenders in mids meal were too done, but otherwise good and the staff are super!

  Matthew working the drive through on Friday evening just before close knocked it out of the park for us! Dude needs a raise!
