I go there 4 or 5 plus times a week. I order the same thing every time. 9 times out of 10 it is wrong. I ask for a sippy lid. They put a dome lid on it. Then they take it back to fix it scrap off the whip cream and all the stuff I asked for. A lot of time the people working there are talking and not push out the drinks. Yes I can have them fix it. But it gets old having to do it all the time. I am really looking at moving to a different coffee place that will make it right the first time even if I have to pay more for it. Yes I have talked to you all and nothing changes.

Saturday morning 845am. Special treat turned into not so special. I was accused of cutting the line when they had a break down in their lot, when I was just entering the same way I do every time I went to 7 brew. Communicated with manager and left after she rolled her eyes at me. NOT worth my time or money to be disrespected before coffee.

Love 7 brew coffee. They get it right and in the event something does go wrong they will go out of there way to make it right.

Fast and efficient. The staff is always friendly and peppy in the morning. Guess they had the coffee too.
